2020 Outing Guidelines

1. A minimum of 12 people is required and shall be guaranteed on any outside outing.

2. A deposit of 10% is required for all golf outings and is required within 30 days of a contract approval to hold the date. The deposit becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to the scheduled date of the outing.

3. Outing charges for the guaranteed number are due in full the day of the event. 4. A starting sheet with the names of the participants, any hole contests needed and

tee times if applicable shall be turned to the pro shop at least 24 hours prior to the event.

5. A ranger shall be on the course to ensure that play moves along and to offer assistance to the participants.

6. All food and beverage consumed at Maple Lane Golf Club shall be purchased from the club. Final pricing subject to 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity.

7. Severe weather policy – If the club determines the course is not playable due to severe weather conditions the club will refund the golf fee portion only of your outing as follows:

2 hours or less spent on the golf course..............Refund 50% of golf fee Anything over 2 hours spent on the golf course………Full Charge

8. You shall notify the club one week before your scheduled outing date with a final guaranteed count for golf and dinner.

9. The outing coordinator will be responsible for the cost of damages or repairs to any Maple Lane property and/or adjoining property.

10. The outing coordinator is required to notify all participants of the following: • Divots shall be repaired • Ball marks shall be fixed • Carts shall be kept on the paths where provided • Participants shall not wear metal spikes

Maple Lane Golf Club Guidelines Golf Cart Rules:

1. Please keep carts on paths where provided and at least 30 yards from tees and greens. Failure to comply may result in individuals losing their cart privileges for the remainder of the round.

2. Stay on path as long as possible on all holes with paths. 3. Golf carts can be dangerous in the hands of inexperienced operators. No one

under 16 years of age will be allowed to operate a golf cart. 4. Avoid low spots when wet. 5. Observe all cart directional signs. The outing coordinator will be held

accountable for any damage to the course or to the carts. House Rules:

1. The club cannot be held responsible for personal property of guests anywhere on club premises.

2. The club cannot be held responsible for damage to parked automobiles or theft of personal items left in cars.

Speed of Play:

1. Please keep up with the group in front of you not ahead of the group behind you. 2. If there is a problem notify the ranger and he will attempt to get things moving. 3. Any player, regardless of ability, should be able to complete a round of golf at Maple Lane Golf Club in (4) hours
