Why Should You Participate?

The 2020 Student Leadership Summit (SLS-2020) offers students, professionals,

and organizations a unique platform for networking, learning, showcasing, and

exchanging views about multi-dimensional aspects of transportation that are

outside of day-to-day activities. The summit is planned and designed in a way

that will bring opportunities for both students and organizations in their own

way. For example, the students will be able to develop and sharpen their

professional and leadership skills, which are not typically taught in an

engineering classroom setting, through multiple interactive sessions conducted

by trained personnel. The professionals and organizations will get an

opportunity to showcase their accomplishments. Transportation consulting

firms will have several opportunities to interact with potential employees as

transportation engineering students from across Florida and Puerto Rico will

attend this summit.
