The Hindsight product line is built from the ground up to record high frame rate video in the plant environment. With an eye toward function and ease- of-use, Hindsight high speed cameras combine the most advanced video recording technology packaged in a way that is accessible and valuable in the production line setting. Creating Efficiency with 20/20 Cameras • 20/20 Hindsight provides an “extra set of eyes” for complex systems, enabling viewing of the process from multiple angles. • 20/20 Hindsight’s industry leading, ultra-long buffer provides continuous monitoring to cover entire shifts including breaks, lunches and meetings. • Hindsight’s small size allows cameras to be placed inside of a machine while it is running (providing views you would not otherwise see due to safety restrictions). • When a particular failure only happens once per hour or once per shift, the camera frees up operator resources to do other work and still capture the critical data. How Can 20/20 Cameras Improve Performance of Existing Equipment? The Solo-Cam records the fastest out of the entire Hindsight
product line; up to an astounding 10,000 images per second! The
Hindsight Solo-Cam has the capability to record high quality video
for any line speeds.
The newest edition to the Hindsight product line, the Multi-Cam enables operators to be able to record 125 to 500 frames per second with up to 6 different camera angles on one system. The Multi-Cam allows for adding additional cameras to a 2020CAM system to be plug-and-play. A Multi-Cam system also includes Power Over Ethernet (PoE) and support for the Micro Four Thirds (MFT) lens standard.

TECHNOLOGY 20/20 Hindsight’s buffer technology allows for easy hands free play back. The software also provides the capability to create event clips and event clips can be trimmed down to the most useful seconds of video in order to save space when storing and especially when exporting the clips.
The 2020CAM Clip Viewer is a program that can be installed on an office PC and allows importing and viewing of 2020CAM clips that are obtained on the plant floor, with frame-by-frame playback control. Controls on the display allow the user to easily manipulate the views, identify important frames of interest and control system operation.

The 2020CAM Clip Viewer has the capability to store and share 2020CAM clips on CLOUDVIEW®. CLOUDVIEW® is a secure* cloud computing platform and storage medium for sharing 2020CAM high speed video clips. Registered CLOUDVIEW® account users are able to upload their saved 2020CAM video clips from Local Computer video clip storage into their CLOUDVIEW® storage archive through their 2020CAM Clip Viewer Application. *Hosted by Microsoft Azure
