2020 H2O Pro Spring Purchase ProgramPROGRAM ELIGIBILITY: Professional aquatic applicators that purchase a minimum of $14,000 worth of Qualifying Products during the Qualification Period (“Program Participants”) qualify for the 2020 H2O ProSM Spring Purchase Program. Affiliated entities are only eligible to qualify as one (1) Program Participant. Resellers, dealers, and buying groups are not eligible to participate in the Program.

QUALIFYING PRODUCT: Reward® Landscape and Aquatic herbicide products, purchased from a Syngenta Authorized Distributor/Agent/Retailer.

QUALIFICATION PERIOD: January 1, 2020 through May 31, 2020.

PROGRAM PERIOD: January 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020.

PROGRAM DETAILS: Program Participants may earn a rebate on all of their purchases of Qualifying Product during the Program Period. Program Participants’ rebate percentage is determined by the dollar value of Qualifying Product they purchase during the Qualification Period as described in the chart below.

BUY NOW, PAY LATER.Payments for all purchases of Qualifying Products sold by Syngenta Authorized Sales Agents between January 1, 2020 and July 31, 2020 are due on or before August 26, 2020.

PROGRAM RULES:• All Program eligibilities and awards are subject to audit, and no rebates will be paid in the event of

noncompliance with Program rules. Furthermore, Syngenta is not obligated to provide any rewards without first having received Program Participant’s payment for all purchases in a timely manner.

• Prices and terms for Syngenta Distribution Products are determined by the Syngenta Authorized Distributor. Prices and terms for Syngenta Agency Products are determined by Syngenta.

• Program Participants may not participate in other Syngenta programs for the Golf and Sports Turf, Lawn & Landscape, or Ornamental markets.

• Title transfer of all purchases must occur by September 30, 2020 for such purchases to be eligible for rebates as described in this Program.

• Syngenta reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Program at any time for any reason.• Rebate checks will be issued on or before November 30, 2020.

REDEMPTION VALUE: The dollar value of purchases is calculated using Syngenta Agency pricing for Syngenta Agency Products and a redemption value for Syngenta Distribution Products as follows:• Reward 1 gallon—$104.00/gal

Example: If a Program Participant purchases Qualifying Product with a dollar value of $35,000 during the Qualification Period, they will be eligible to earn a 7% rebate on all Qualifying Product they purchase during the Program Period.
