o Prior to Fall Product Program start, volunteers receive email invitation to M2OS

o After login, volunteers can return to council’s M2OS landing page

• Watch troop training video

• Create your troop leader avatar

• Within M2OS, launch parent/guardian email blasts announcing troop participation in the Fall Product Program

• Manage nut card orders (after girl entry for any girls who didn’t enter their own paper orders)

IMPORTANT DATES

• Program begins: September 15

• In-person girl order taking and girl delivered online order taking ends: October 18

• Last day for parents to enter paper orders in M2OS: October 20

• Last day for troops to enter orders in M2OS for girls: October 21

• SU lockout: October 22

• Online orders for Direct Ship Nuts and Magazines ends: October 31

• SU Nut Deliveries: November 11

The dates and times for delivery have already been assigned. Please confirm with the Product Manager if you are still unclear about the delivery schedule.

Tips for Delivery•ALWAYS COUNT ALL ITEMS before signing a Delivery Ticket and only when

everyone agrees on the count.•MAKE SURE THERE IS A SAFE PLACE TO STORE ITEMS until troop pick-up;

more than likely the same day.•ASK FOR HELP this can be a very physically demanding day.•BLOCK OUT ENOUGH TIME because delivery systems are not an exact

science and more time may be needed.

The new site does have a pick-up scheduler for troops. Do not publish until you are sure, it cannot be undone.

TIPS FOR PICK-UP• SCHEDULE FOR TROOPS TO ARRIVE in 10 to 20 minute timeslots.•ALWAYS COUNT ALL ITEMS before loading. Only sign receipts when everyone agrees.•KEEP ALL RECORDS AND RECEIPTS until the end of the season.

We will be using an automatic withdrawal system, ACH, where Council Proceeds will be electronically transferred from Troop Accounts. All deposits will be made into individual Troop Accounts and then Council Proceeds will be transferred in one withdrawal on Monday, November 23, 2020.

Things to Think About•Where your troop banks. Not all banks are equal!•Setting up Check Recovery or how to manage bounced checks.•What your troop is responsible for.

Tips for Banking•DEPOSIT ALL MONEY INTO TROOP ACCOUNTS by Wednesday, November 16,

2020 to give enough time for all checks to clear.•MAKE SURE TROOPS ADD BANKING INFO into the site.• LOOK FOR UPDATES throughout the Fall Product Program.

Count everything and make sure that all items are accounted for. Please report to the Product Manager immediately any discrepancies.

Use the Rewards Reports – Rewards Report to sort and separate the troops rewardsUse the Sales Reports – Sales Report to ensure that a troop has completely paid its Council Proceeds before releasing.
