District 41 will be holding a Secretary and Treasurer Seminar, beginning at noon to 4 p.m. ALL Secretaries and Treasurers are expected to attend! Worshipful
Masters, Senior and Junior Wardens are also invited. Reservations are needed!
ATTENDANCE IS IMPERATIVE to assist you in completing your cash books and audits in a timely fashion. There will be NO extensions this year!
All Secretaries and Treasurers MUST be using the Grand Lodge system.
Bring your laptops to follow the course, which will be an open forum. Your questions will be answered by Ricky Fetzer, PM, Secretary of #538 and Earl
Hockenberry, P.M., Secretary of #312.
Attendance at this Seminar will satisfy Grand Lodge. You won’t need to attend the following ones, unless you want to although I would recommend it.

2020 Region 3 School of Instruction
Districts 19, 20, 34 & 41
The 2020 Region 3 School of Instruction will be hosted by District 34 and will be held at the Mount Moriah, Lodge #300, Huntingdon, Pa. on Satur-
day, March 28, 2020. Registration will be from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. with coffee and donuts available (donation requested). The School will convene
promptly at 8:30 a.m., with Introductions.
The work for the day is as follows:
District. #19 - Business of the Lodge
District #34 - First Degree
District #41 – Second Degree
District #20 – Third Degree
The work will be exemplified under the direction of the Director of Ritualistic Work and supervised by the Regional Instructors. A lunch will NOT be
served as we expect to be finished by the noon hour.
Preparing for the Sectional School, Brother Michael W. Rinehart will be conducting visits to work with each of the degree teams. His tentative schedule
follows, (you may contact him if a change is necessary).
