1. ELECTRO - SLAG REMELTED (ESR) MATERIALS One of the two basic processes of secondary steel purification in conditions of ZTS METALURG, respectively of our new technology from the company CONSARC is defined by a combination of remelting caused by electric arc, actuated by protective atmosphere (argon) and active slag. The result of this process is a secondary homogenized steel with a finer structure, therefore more „plastic“, whereby the process is secured against absorption of alloy, especially hydrogen from air.

Operation of ESR is technologically replenished by a set of annealing gas furnaces in the operations part forging shop. Forging down of ligatures to forged pieces and expedition takes place in manufactory – expedition of forging shop.. Sandblasting of forged pieces, dressing and packaging in accordance with customer demands.
