习近平总书记在第二十三届圣彼得堡国际经济论坛全会发表致辞中指出，可持续发展是破解全球性问题的“金钥匙”，并提出

了“三个坚持”（坚持共商共建共享、坚持以人为本、坚持绿色发展），为全球可持续发展之路指明了方向。

General Secretary Xi Jinping addressed at the plenary session of the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, highlighting sustainable

development as the "golden key" to solving global problems. He put forward that we should stick to the principle of extensive consultation, joint

contribution and shared benefits, to the practice of putting people first and to the pursuit of green development, further pointing out the direction

of global sustainable development.

玉柴作为民族工业的一份子，一直坚持以“绿色发展，和谐共赢”作为玉柴发展进步的行动指南，并将绿色思维贯穿于产品规

划、研发、制造以及销售全过程，致力为社会提供卓越领先的节能环保产品和解决方案，为建设美丽地球村不遗余力。

As an enterprise involved in the national industry, Yuchai has always adhered to "green development and harmony win-win" as the guidelines

for its development, and has put into practice the green thinking throughout the whole process of product planning, research and development,

manufacturing and sales. It is committed to providing outstanding and leading energy-saving and environment-friendly products and solutions for

the society and spares no effort to build a beautiful "global village".

2019 年，面对大国博弈、贸易摩擦、国内经济下行等一系列不确定因素，玉柴坚定信心，苦练内功，精准施策，主动出击，

把不确定因素和机会转化为责任竞争力和决胜优势，实现了企业经营质效和品牌影响力的大提升。这一年，玉柴汇总销售收入

再次突破 400 亿元；玉柴品牌价值由 415.98 亿元跃升至 505.69 亿元，再次荣登我国内燃机行业和广西企业榜首。这一年，

玉柴发布了新能源动力战略，在行业率先推出了 4 大新能源动力系统的 7 款新能源动力产品；同时进一步研究和升级国六核

心技术，启动了国六二代产品技术研发，继续引领行业绿色升级；玉柴技术中心在国家企业技术中心排名中位列全国第五位，

高居行业首位。这一年，玉柴建成了世界一流的数字化、智能化国六工厂，为人类绿色出行制造输出卓越的动力系统，展示了

“中国智造”的智慧和担当。这一年，玉柴在实现自我超越的同时，积极践行社会责任，创新民生改善举措，提升员工幸福指

数；加强供应链绿色管理，与供应商协同发展；以纯电动商用车、光伏发电项目为抓手，对产业扶贫、新产业培育、生态保护

等领域进行战略布局，为国家打赢“脱贫攻坚战”“蓝天保卫战”贡献出了自己的一份力量。

In 2019, in the face of various uncertainties such as superpower games, trade frictions and domestic economic downturn, Yuchai proceeded

with confidence, worked hard, established precise measures and policies and took the initiative to transform uncertainties and opportunities

into responsible competitiveness and decisive advantages, thus greatly improving its business operating quality and benefits as well as brand

influence. This year, Yuchai saw its gross sales exceeding RMB 40 billion and its brand value jumping from RMB 41.598 billion to RMB 50.569

billion, once again ranking first in China's internal combustion engine industry and among the enterprises in Guangxi. This year, Yuchai released

a new energy power strategy and took the lead in the industry to launch 7 new energy power products of 4 major new energy power systems. It

also further studied and upgraded the core technologies in line with the China VI emission standard, and launched the research and development

of second-generation products and technologies conforming to the China VI emission standard, playing a leading role in green upgrading of

the industry. Yuchai's technology center ranked fifth in China among the national enterprise technology centers and ranked first in the industry.

This year, Yuchai built the world-leading digital and intelligent factory conforming to the China VI emission standard and completed the excellent

power system contributing to the green travel of people, demonstrating its wisdom and responsibility in "Intelligent Manufacturing in China". This

year, while realizing self-transcendence, Yuchai actively practiced social responsibilities, took innovative measures to improve people's livelihood

and employees' happiness, and strengthened the green management of the supply chain to realize development in coordination with the supply

chain. Starting with pure electric commercial vehicles and photovoltaic power generation projects, Yuchai made a strategic planning in the fields

of poverty alleviation through industrial development, cultivation of new industries and ecological protection, and contributed its efforts to the

success of China in "fight against poverty" and "Blue Sky Protection Campaign".

玉柴在可持续发展之路上虽已取得了一定的成绩和经验，但仍任重而道远。在未来，玉柴将继续秉持“绿色发展，和谐共赢”

经营思想，全面聚焦客户，重点决胜国六、突破 T4、拓展新能源，构建企业发展新优势，同时与客户、政府、行业组织等相

关方紧密沟通，共同构建更加开放、更具包容性、更加灵活、更有生命力的可持续发展产业生态圈，在全力打造世界一流企业

的同时，为社会做出更大的贡献。

Despite its certain achievements and experiences in sustainable development, there remains an uphill battle for Yuchai. In the future, Yuchai will

still adhere to the business philosophy of "green development and harmony win-win", focus on customers in an all-round way, secure a decisive

victory in the implementation of China VI emission standard, make breakthroughs in T4, expand new energy resources, build new advantages for

enterprise development, and closely communicate with customers, government authorities, industry organizations and other interested parties to

jointly build a more open, inclusive, flexible, viable and sustainable industrial ecosphere, making greater contributions to the society while sparing

no effort to build a world-class enterprisel.

was launched.

Yuchai signed a strategic cooperation agreement with

Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Limited, which marks that

the two parties have ushered into the new era of all-

round strategic cooperation.

玉柴股份在德国分别与博世公司、MTU 公司签署

相关合作协议，进一步扩大双方合作范围。

Yuchai respectively signed the relevant cooperation

agreements with Robert Bosch GmbH and MTU

Friedrichshafen GmbH in Germany to further expand the

scope of cooperation.

玉柴自主研发的两款船电动力新产品 YC16VTD 和

YC6MG 成功点火，性能指标均达到国际先进水

平。

YC16VTD and YC6MG, two marine & G-drive engines

independently developed by Yuchai, were launched

successfully with their performance indicators reaching

the international advanced level.

玉柴 YCK08 国六发动机在天津（中国）汽车技术

研究中心完成 1460 小时排放耐久性试验及排放认

证，成为国内首台完成所有型式检验项目的国六

重型柴油发动机。

YCK08, a China VI engine developed by Yuchai,

completed the 1,460-hour emission durability test and

obtained the certification of emission in Tianjin (China)

Automotive Technology and Research Center, becoming

the first China VI heavy-duty diesel engine passing all

model tests.

玉柴凭借创建发动机零缺陷量产质量保证体系的

经验，再次获得“全国质量标杆”荣誉。

Yuchai was awarded the honor of "China Quality

Benchmarking Enterprise" again by virtue of i ts

experience in establishing the zero-defect quality

assurance system for engine mass production.

行，四家战略投资者合计为玉柴集团增资 11 亿

元。此次增资扩股是玉柴集团近年来最重大的一

The Signing Ceremony of Yuchai Group's Capital

Increase and Stock Expansion Agreement was held in

the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration

Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

Four strategic investors increased investment of RMB

1.1 billion for Yuchai Group. It is the most important

corporate equity reform of Yuchai Group in recent years.

埃贝赫玉柴排放处理系统有限公司厂房正式竣

工。该项目总投资额达 1.8 亿元，达产后可年产

后处理系统 32 万台套。

The construction of the factory of Eberspaecher Yuchai

Exhaust Processing System Co., Ltd. was officially

completed. With a total investment of RMB 180 million,

the factory is expected to annually produce 320,000

after-treatment systems.

玉柴股份在北京发布包括燃料电池系统在内的四

大新能源动力系统新产品，完成了传统动力与新

能源动力并驾齐驱的产品战略全布局。

Yuchai released four new energy power systems

including the fuel cell system in Beijing, deploying a

strategic layout of synchronously providing traditional

power systems and new energy power systems.

玉柴集团与华为在深圳签署战略合作协议，双方

合作领域包括研发、信息化、企业管理等。

Yuchai Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement

with Huawei in Shenzhen to conduct cooperation in such

aspects as research & development, informatization and

enterprise management.

总投资约 30 亿元的玉柴国六智能化生产线建成投

产。

The construction of Yuchai's China VI engine intelligent

production line, with a total investment of about RMB 3

billion, was completed and put into operation.

国家发展改革委发布了国家企业技术中心 2019 年

评价结果，在 1563 家参评企业中，玉柴位列全国

第五，高居行业首位。

The National Development and Reform Commission

released the assessment result of the National Enterprise

Technology Center in 2019. Yuchai was ranked the 5th

In 2019, Yuchai Group has held 11 sessions of "Pilot Class" Student Activity, 5 enterprise

culture training activities and 1 cultural lecture; launched the establishment of cultural concept

system of Yuchai to focus on customer awareness and publicize the cultural concept based on

the Yuchai Charter; completed the construction of the Party-building Culture Corridor in Yuchai

Party School and carried out the cultural exhibition work in Yuchai Science and Technology

Museum; conducted a series of cultural month theme activities to carry forward Yuchai culture,

and boost the production and operation.

2019 年，玉柴继续完善干部培养及激励机制，优化干部梯队建设。一是深入经营

In 2019, Yuchai has further improved the official training & incentive mechanism and optimized

the construction of the official echelon. The "Pilot Program", a management training brand, has

been deeply implemented to cultivate 327 officials in 2019. A total of 33 middle-level officials

with competitive overall quality have been employed and 20 officials have been adjusted

In 2019, Yuchai Group has deepened the management of operation and improved operational

quality. It has established new systems for 14 functions and revised and issued 195 systems

in accordance with documents issued by SASAC; enhanced the management and control

of subsidiaries and fully covered the management and control list to clarify three-year term

objectives of subsidiaries, and give full play to their enthusiasm and creativity; revitalized

inefficient and invalid assets to enhance the vitality of enterprise operation.

玉柴集团按照“事前规范制度、事中加强监控、事后强化问责”的原则，继续推行

构建“以风控为导向，以审计为主体，以纪检、监事为保障”的玉柴特色大审计、

大监督及全面风险管理体系。

According to the principles of "standardizing the system beforehand, strengthening the

monitoring during the process and strengthening the accountability afterwards", Yuchai Group

continues to implement the construction of Yuchai's characteristic audit, supervision and

comprehensive risk management system, namely, "taking risk control as the guidance, auditing

as the main body, discipline inspection and supervision as the guarantee".

2019 年共完成 13 家重点子公司的风险监督检查，对风险管理体系建设情况及风险

应对措施的制定提出 65 项存在问题，抽查 151 项中高风险应对措施的执行情况，

促进各子公司的风险管理体系有效运行，防范化解重大风险。

In 2018, the risk assessment reports of 13 subsidiaries were completed. 65 problems in

the construction of risk management system and the formulation of risk response measures

were found and the implementation of 151 medium-and high-risk response measures was

spot-checked, which promoted the effective operation of the risk management system of

subsidiaries to prevent and resolve major risks.

2019 年玉柴集团打破原有风险评估方式，重建风险管理体系，首次提出“明责任、

抓重点、控动态、健体系”新思路；督促 18 家子公司搭建风险管理体系，与 16

家子公司风控主责领导签订风险管理责任状，设立 18 名风控主管，确保责任落实

到位；新设多维度的风险评估标准，编制全面风险管理配套模板及参考文件 10 份，

风险点描述增至 500 个；建立集团风险信息库，动态追踪重大风险变动趋势。

In 2019, Yuchai Group changed the original way of risk assessment and rebuilt the risk

management system, putting forward the new philosophy of "making clear the responsibilities,

focusing on the key points, monitoring the trends, and improving the system" for the first

time. It urged 18 subsidiaries to set up the risk management system, signed the letter of

responsibility for risk management with leaders in charge of risk control of 16 subsidiaries,

and appointed 18 risk control supervisors to fulfill responsibilities. It established new multi-

dimensional risk assessment standards and formulated 10 pieces of supporting file templates

and reference documents for comprehensive risk management, and the number of pieces of

risk point descriptions increased to 500. Also, Yuchai Group built a risk information database of

the Group for the dynamic tracing of the changing trend of major risks.

by letterand 21 cases preliminarily checked. One person was given a serious warning within

the Party, one was removed from his position, two were transferred from their positions, five

supervisory proposal letters were issued, one person was talked with for exhortation and one

was talked with for warning.

玉柴集团是国家级高新技术企业，拥有高效节能环保内燃机国家工程实验室、国家

9 月 17 日，玉柴自主研发的两款船电动

力新产品 YC16VTD 和 YC6MG 成功点火。

这两款发动机性能指标均达到国际先进水

平。其中，YC16VTD 是国内首款 1500kW

级非道路国四发动机；高功率密度高速艇

用发动机 YC6MG 应用了国内首创的复合

气缸盖技术，燃油效率出众。

On September 17, two new marine & G-drive

engines YC16VTD and YC6MG, which were

independently developed by Yuchai, were

successfully ignited. In terms of performance

index , bo th mode ls have reached the

internationally advanced level. YC16VTD is

China's first 1500kW non-road China IV engine.

YC6MG for high-power-density high-speed

boat has adopted the composite cylinder head

technology which is created initially in China,

guaranteeing its outstanding fuel efficiency.

In 2019, Yuchai Group sold 460,000 engines and maintained benign development in such

market segments as marine & G-drive engines, bus engines, and general machine engines.

More than 30,000 orders for China VI products have been received. The natural gas engine

has been a market highlight, seeing a year-on-year sales growth of 50.6%. In oversea markets,

52,700 engines were sold, a year-on-year growth of 13.98%, marking the first time that the

sales exceeded 50,000 sets.

On January 21, the large tractor equipped with Yuchai's engine YCA07 was subject to the final validation. The testing results showed

that both the system matching test and NVH test are qualified and that the PEMS test is in line with national regulations, and that

electronically-control and performance tests are excellent.

2 月 22 日，玉柴船动与南通中集太平洋海洋工程有限公司签订了

YCMP-WINGD 5RT-Flex50DF 低速双燃料发动机商务合同，该机将装

配于目前世界上最大的 20000 立方米 LNG 运输加注船上。

On February 22, a commercial contract about low-speed dual-fuel engines of

YCMP-WINGD 5RT-Flex50DF has been signed by and between Yuchai Marine

Power Co., Ltd. (YCMP) and Nantong CIMC Sinopacific Offshore & Engineering

Co., Ltd. The engines have been assembled in the largest LNG transport

refueling carrier of 20,000 m3 in the world.

玉柴船动自 2015 年交付世界首台 5RT-Flex50DF 发动机以来，已为

国内外用户成功交付 8 台 DF 发动机，分别安装于 LNG 船、化学品船

和集装箱船。

Since the delivery of the world's first 5RT-Flex50DF engine in 2015, YCMP

has successfully delivered 8 DF engines to domestic and foreign customers,

installed in the LNG carrier, chemical carrier, and container carrier respectively.

3 月 8 日，YCA07 发动机配套山东临工 L933H 装载机，

完成整车标定开发试验。整车性能表现卓越抢眼，标志着

国内首款满足非道路国四排放标准的工程机械研发成功。

On March 8, the engine YCA07 was installed to the loader L933H

of Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. to finish

the vehicle calibration development test. The vehicle performance

is excellent, marking the successful R&D of the first engineering

machinery conforming to the non-road China IV emission standard

in China.

在江苏连云港下水完成首次试航，标志着玉柴开始进入喷水推进游艇细

On April 25, the high-end water-jet-driven yacht "Longqin No.1" with Yuchai's

dual YC6MJ engines was launched in Lianyungang, Jiangsu for its debut

voyage, indicating that Yuchai starts to enter the market segment of water-jet-

driven yacht.

12 月 14 日，玉柴 2019 年发电动力营销工作会议暨 YC12VTD 新品发布会在云南丽江召开。YC12VTD 产品是基于

Works Co., Ltd. The engine YCY24140-60A is designed with double overhead

has spared no effort in cracking down on counterfeit goods. In 2019, in collaboration with

departments of industry & commerce and public security, Yuchai Group conducted 33 activities

for cracking down on counterfeit goods and safeguarding legal rights, whereby more than RMB

2 million worth of accessories faking those of Yuchai were ferreted out, and 1,557 online links

for selling counterfeit products were closed.

2019 年，玉柴股份不断优化供应商体系建设，关键零部件坚持“以国际一流供应

商为主，国内优秀供应商为辅”的原则。国际品牌供应商占比为 17%，相比 2018

年增幅 25%。玉柴股份严控供应商准入标准，供应商 100% 通过质量体系 ISO

9001 或者 IATF 16949 认证，100% 通过职业健康安全认证。

In 2019, Yuchai continuously optimized the building of the supplier system and adhered to

the principle of "giving priority to international first-class suppliers that are supplemented by

excellent domestic suppliers" in terms of key parts. For Yuchai, suppliers of international brands

accounted for 17%, an increase of 25% over 2018. Yuchai strictly followed the supplier access

standards, with the suppliers all passing the quality system ISO 9001 or getting IATF 16949

certification and all obtaining the Occupational Health and Safety Certification.

In 2019, Yuchai, targeting international peers and pooling strength

for transformation, took advantage of the development of

supporting facilities of vehicles meeting the China VI, T4 and clean-

energy engines to vigorously promote the building of the supply

chain and guide suppliers to keep pace with Yuchai in philosophy,

planning, investment, and comprehensive capability to realize the

coordinated development of the suppliers and together with them

create the strongest supply system in the world.

9 月 23 日，玉柴召开国六核心供应商座谈会，与 28 家核心供应商代表一起研讨

个团队）”的理念，与供应商联合设计、开发产品，全面提升玉柴国六产品的竞

争力，最终实现合作共赢。

On September 23, Yuchai convened the China VI Engine Core Suppliers Symposium, on

which representatives from 28 core suppliers have together discussed problems concerning

the joint development, technological innovation, and quality control of China VI engines.

Yuchai has constantly upheld the concept of "one team" to collaboratively design and

develop products with suppliers, so as to comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of

China VI engines of Yuchai for final cooperation and mutual benefits.

On November 29, the final of Yuchai 2019 Skills Contest on China VI Engines was

held in the Customer Service Center of Yuchai headquarters. The Skills Contest

was not only the start of Yuchai's service guarantee regarding the China VI engines,

but also the start of Yuchai building its new advantage of service guarantee about

the China VI engines.

3 月 28 日，玉柴与 CHU BAR 公司在缅甸仰光市联合建设的玉柴首家海

外服务培训基地正式开业。首家海外服务培训基地的建立，让用户真真

切切地感受到了玉柴“捷 . 诚”服务客户的理念，为加快玉柴品牌在当

On March 28, the first overseas service training base of Yuchai jointly built

by Yuchai and CHU BAR in Rangoon, Myanmar was officially opened. The

establishment of Yuchai's first overseas service training base has made users really

understand the philosophy of Yuchai "Jiecheng" in serving customers, which has

laid the foundation for speeding up the brand of Yuchai entering the local market.

active services through the big data platform to provide main engine plants and big customers

with agency services and solutions.

的持续投入，强化服务体系的技术能力，对 3000 余人次开展国六培训，完成车

机核心服务站国六培训，覆盖率达 100%。

Yuchai made a comprehensive layout of the service guarantee regarding China VI engines to

ensure the entrance of the products into the market. Yuchai vigorously promoted the continuous

investment in equipment and training resources to strengthen the technical capacity of personnel

in the service system. It held training sessions regarding the China VI engines for more than 3,000

people and completed training sessions regarding the China VI engines for the core service

station of car-engines, with a coverage rate of 100%.

4.05%。其中，三包外配件提货额为 0.896 亿元，同比增长 10.58%。销售产品

运营的资源互动、销售赋能等优势逐渐成熟。

Relevant personnel was specially assigned to promote the operation of the Service Alliance.

The accessories delivery volume of the Service Alliance was RMB 129 million, an increase

of 4.05% over the same period last year. The delivery volume of the accessories that are not

covered by the “Three Guarantees” policy was RMB 89.6 million, an increase of 10.58% over

the same period last year. The structure of promoting products was continuously optimized,

and the amount of the sales of strategic products, boutique parts, and maintenance spare

parts of gas engines achieved great growth. The advantages of resource interaction and sales

empowerment in the operation of the Service Alliance were gradually mature.

服务重点业绩Key Achievements in Services 开发 DPF 除灰、计量泵清洗、镗缸等业务专用工具，已建成除灰中心 6 家，以政

策补贴形式助力服务站转型升级。Yuchai developed a series of tools specifically used for services such as the ones for the ash

removal of DPFs, cleaning of metering pumps and cylinder boring machines, built six ash

removal centers, and assisted the transformation and upgrading of service stations with the

help of government subsidies.

整合服务管理资源，打造后市场经营型服务体。完善 503 家核心站为主、673 家

二级站辅助的子母式服务网络，强化县级区域服务能力建设，驱动服务、产品双

升级。Yuchai integrated service management resources to create a post-market operation-type

service body. Yuchai improved the "child-and-mother"-type service network dominated by 503

core stations and supplemented by 673 secondary stations, to strengthen the development of

regional service capacity at the county level and upgrade both services and products.

投入 3600 余套国六诊断仪，新开发 587 种国六专用工装工具，升级设备工具和

智能平台，强化技术支持，系统提升服务体系检测、维修能力及效率。Yuchai invested in more than 3,600 sets of diagnostic instruments for the China VI engines,

developed 587 kinds of according toolings and tools, upgraded equipment tools and

the intelligent platform, strengthened technical support, and improved the detection and

maintenance abilities and efficiency of the service system in a systematical manner.

7 月 12 日，由玉柴建设的国内首家商用车国六后处理除灰清洁中心在深

圳开业。后处理除灰清洁中心的成立，开创了我国国六高端服务的先河，

可以让用户享受到更便捷、更快速、更专业的服务体验。

On July 12, the first domestic Post-treatment Ash Removal & Cleaning Center of

China VI Engines for Commercial Vehicles built by Yuchai opened in Shenzhen.

The establishment of the Center has blazed a trail for high-end services for China

VI engines domestically and it can make users enjoy faster, more convenient and

professional service experiences.

Through the market construction in recent years, the overseas marketing service network of Yuchai has been initially established with four regional

market fronts respectively in the east, south, west and north. Thereinto, “the east line” spreads from the start of the Maritime Silk Road to ASEAN

countries including Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. “The south line” includes South Asian countries such as Pakistan, India and

Sri Lanka. “The west line” extends to North African countries such as Egypt and Ethiopia on the basis of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait markets. “The

north line” covers countries including the five member states in central Asia. Up to now, Yuchai has set up 13 overseas offices and 220 overseas

service stations in these regional markets, which have effectively guaranteed the stable development of Yuchai’s overseas market.

8 月 30 日，英国 Aeristech Limited CEO Richard Wall 一行到访玉柴新能源动力

On August 30, a delegation headed by Richard Wall, CEO of Aeristech Limited of the UK,

visited the Clean Energy Engine Business Department of Yuchai. The two parties made a

friendly communication about the technology of air compressor for fuel cell and electronic

turbocharger technology.

On June 18, Yuchai reached consensus with MTU

Friedrichshafen GmbH, a subsidiary of Rolls-Royce

Power Systems, on extending strategic cooperation in

Germany, and signed the relevant cooperation agreement

to clarify that the two parties will further expand areas of

cooperation and improve core competitiveness. Chen

Wu, President of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,

attended the signing ceremony.

2019 年，玉柴与德国 UST 环境传感器科技公司开展合作，采用金属半导体氧化

制器工程样机，建设氮氧传感器试验验证测试台和标定台，并建设车用智能型氮

氧传感器生产线。

In 2019, based on the principle of metal-semiconductor oxide gas sensor, Yuchai made

joint efforts with UST Umweltsensortechnik GmbH to develop the engineering prototypes

of intelligent NOx-sensor and highly-reliable data acquisition controller, build a performance

test station and a calibration table for NOx-sensor, and establish the manufacturing lines of

intelligent NOx-sensor for vehicles.

埃贝赫玉柴排放处理系统有限公司于 7 月 30 日正式批量投产。该公司致力于国

六、T4 发动机后处理系统开发与封装，预计年产量约 32 万台套。埃贝赫玉柴是

玉柴拓展核心业务的上游产业链，也是加快实现玉柴国际化的重要举措。

Eberspaecher Yuchai Exhaust Processing System Co., Ltd. has gone into operation since

July 30. It works on the development and package of China VI Engines and T4 engines after-

treatment system, with an estimated annual output of about 320,000 sets. Eberspaecher

Yuchai is the upstream industrial chain for Yuchai to extend its core businesses, as well as an

important step for Yuchai to accelerate its internationalization.

4 月 25 日，土耳其 AKSA 电力科技（中国）有限公司总经理 Gurhan 到访玉柴

总部，双方就加大业务合作、深入技术交流展开友好会谈。AKSA 公司是土耳其

最大的发电机组制造商，在土耳其、中国、英国、美国、阿联酋等 11 个国家都

设立有全资子公司，全球分布近 100 家分销机构和 1000 多家代理商。

On April 25, Gurhan Atakan, General Manager of AKSA Power Generation (China) Co., Ltd.,

visited the headquarters of Yuchai. The two parties had a friendly meeting about expanding

business cooperation and deepening technology exchanges. As the largest generator

manufacturer in Turkey, AKSA has wholly-owned subsidiaries in more than 11 countries,

such as Turkey, China, the UK, the US, and the UAE. It also has nearly 100 distribution

institutions and over 1,000 agents in the world.

Yuchai Summit Forum was held on December 6 in Hanoi, Vietnam. During the forum period,

The sales volume of marine & G-drive engines kept high-speed growth and that of general engine power remained robust. The heavy

truck engine in the tractor truck market achieved an important breakthrough, realizing the engine sales volume of 52,743 sets with a year-

on-year growth of 13.98%. Since the implementation of the “13th Five-Year Plan”, Yuchai has exported more than 202,000 engines, with

the export scale further enlarged.

玉柴集团保障员工合法权益，在聘用、升职、绩效评估、薪酬、培训等方面坚持以

建设者为本的人本关怀原则，消除种族、性别、年龄、国籍、宗教信仰歧视；遵守

《中华人民共和国劳动法》，不聘用童工。2019 年，玉柴集团职工共计 16453 人，

女职工占比 20.61%，少数民族人数占比 8.07%。

Yuchai Group protected the legitimate rights and interests of workers, adhered to the principle

of humanistic concerns based on "builders oriented" in terms of employment, promotion,

performance evaluation, salary and training, and eliminated discrimination in race, sex, age,

nationality and religious belief, and abided by The Labor Law of the People's Republic of China

and did not employ child labors. In 2019, Yuchai Group had a total of 16,453 workers, of which

20.61% were women and 8.07% were ethnic minorities.%

Yuchai Group protected the special rights and interests of female workers and cared for female

workers in the four special periods of women (menstrual period, pregnancy, perinatal period,

and lactation period). It held the "Women's Civilization Demonstration Post" Competition and

the "'Women's Cup' Female Workers Skills Contest". Yuchai Group conducted "must-be" visits

in the eight periods, and earnestly did practical things for female workers through good deeds,

whereby having solved the practical difficulties of an accumulative total of 158 female workers

in straitened circumstances. Two additional "Care Rooms for Female Workers" were set up to

provide services for nearly 600 female workers, in order to sincerely care for pregnant women,

玉柴集团职工诉求渠道畅通，党、工、团、妇组织齐抓共管，实现了组织的全覆盖，

以职代会、职工代表民主恳谈会、职代小组审议制度、职代会提案征集、集体合同

协商会、合理化建议、OA 邮箱等方式广开言路，听取职工的意见、建议。职工参

加工会的比例达 100%，2019 年处理职工来信来访 26 件次。

The workers of Yuchai Group can always find a way to make themselves heard. Under the joint

management of the Party Committee, Labor Union, Youth League Committee and Women's

Federation, which achieved full coverage of the organization, they can express their opinions

and suggestions in the way of staff congress, staff earnest talk, staff team deliberation system,

staff congress proposal collection, negotiating meeting on collective contract, reasonable

advice, OA email and so on. The proportion of employees joining the Trade Union reached

100%, and 26 letters and visits from workers were handled in 2019.

In 2019, a systematic training mechanism for management officials, professionals, and skilled

personnel was established to provide professional training support for the development of

the staff. A total of RMB 6.992 million was invested in the three-level training system at the

company level, department level, and team level, whereby all staff members received the

training that registered 3,353 sessions. On average, each staff member received 81 hours of

training, and 1,163 courses were developed. At the moment, there are 2,322 senior workers,

Yuchai Vocational College referred to international advanced enterprises to provide tailored

training sessions for staff members at different levels, through which Yuchai Vocational College

enhanced the staff's abilities in the specialty, thinking, interpersonal relationship and ideology,

as well as improved the comprehensive quality of staff. Moreover, Yuchai Vocational College

organized a high-quality lecturer team to facilitate the inheritance and development of the

excellent cultural genes and exquisite skills of the enterprise. So far, there are more than 800

part-time lecturers and 1,163 courses have been developed.

In 2019, Yuchai mainly employed such energies as electricity, water, diesel, crude oil, liquefied

petroleum gas, and natural gas of productive use. By keeping up with the international standard

in 2019, Yuchai completed the building of industry-leading China VI workshops and production

lines, which resulted in a revolutionary change in the production field. As a result of the reform

of production lines and different products being manufactured, there is no comparability

between the energy consumption in 2019 and the energy consumption of the previous non-

China VI workshops and production lines. The following data are only used to better show the

energy consumption of Yuchai.

Yuchai introduced German advanced inkjet printer printing technology that replaced the

traditional way of spraying with templates in spray rooms, which not only realized the

informatization inkjet printing but also achieved zero pollution and embodied the process

value of green manufacturing.

2019 年，玉柴股份全力打造智能制造生产线，目前 MES 系统管控在国六装配线、机加工线的岗位覆盖率达 95% 以上，

工艺文件电子化率达 100%；通过推行配置 BOM、物流校验及 SPS 配送，重要件、关键件配置准确率提升至 95% 以上。

In 2019, Yuchai made all-out efforts in building intelligent manufacturing lines. So far, the coverage rate of posts belonging to China

VI assembly line and machining line in the MES system reached more than 95%, and the electronic rate of process documents

reached 100%; the configuration accuracy of major parts and key parts was increased to over 95% under the implementation of BOM

configuration, logistics calibration, and SPS distribution.

应用电力测功机Application of Electric Dynamometer

2019 年，玉柴股份将 32 个生产试验台架的水力测功机改造为电力测功机，发电回馈内部电网，供生产设备用电，根据

数据测算，预计 1 个台架每年可发电 11 万千瓦·时，32 台个台架年发电量可达 352 万千瓦·时，相当于每年可以节约

电能 352 万千瓦·时，减少 3,509 吨二氧化碳排放。

In 2019, Yuchai transformed hydraulic dynamometers of 32 production test benches to electric dynamometers. The electricity generated

was transmitted back to the internal grid for use in production equipment. According to calculated data, it was estimated that one bench

could generate 110,000 kWh per year, and 32 benches could generate 3.52 million k .Wh per year, which is equivalent to saving 3.52

million kWh per year and reducing 3,509 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

2019 年对玉柴股份零部件事业部的铸一制芯车间新增除尘治理，并对零部件事业

部生产车间的 8 台除尘器进行技术改造，提高了粉尘治理效果，确保达标排放。

In 2019, the Part Division of Yuchai added dedusting treatment in casting first core making

workshop, carried out technical transformation to 8 sets of precipitators in the production

workshop of Part Division, which enhanced the dust control and ensure up-to-standard

discharge.

2019 年，玉柴股份投入 175 万元对制造事业部三发车间的物流交通所产生的频发

和偶发噪声进行治理，治理后该处的厂界噪声比 2018 年降低了 10 分贝。

In 2019, Yuchai invested RMB 1.75 million to manage the frequent and occasional noise

caused by logistics transportation in the third workshop of the Manufacturing Division. Ever

since then, the fence noise of the factory was reduced by 10 decibels compared with that in

2018.

2019 年，玉柴通过废弃物分类对可回收废弃物进行回收利用，对不可回收的进行

填埋处理，并将危险废弃物委托给有资质的第三方进行无害化处理，危险废物无害

化处理 1,109.872 吨，同比 2018 年的处理量 1,020.604 吨，增长了 8.75%。

In 2019, Yuchai accomplished the classification of wastes into recyclable and non-recyclable.

The former was re-utilized while the latter was given landfill treatment. In addition, the hazardous

wastes were entrusted to the qualified third party for harmless disposal, registering a quantity of

1,109.872 tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.75%, concretely 1,020.604 tons in 2018.

Yuchai officially put low-temperature sludge dryer into use on January 31, 2019. Henceforth, the moisture content of oily sludge was

reduced to 30%~50%, which not only conduced to the cost reduction of oily sludge treatment and the risk reduction of leakage during

bagging and transferring oily sludge but also pursued its environmental protection responsibility.

日，南宁基地污水处理站在线监测设备完成最终验收程序，正式宣告该设备可投入

使用。

In 2019, Yuchai installed an online monitoring system at the sewage outlet of the sewage

treatment station of Yuchai Nanning Base. With all-weather monitoring, in case of exceptional

situations, emergency measures could be taken at the earliest possible time to ensure up-to-

standard discharge. On July 8, 2019, the final acceptance procedure of the online monitoring

system at the sewage treatment station of Nanning Base was completed, officially declaring

that the equipment came into service.

With the guidance of environmental intelligence and the orientation of the market, facing the

age of no subsidies, Yuchai Clean Energy Engine has fully met the power needs of clean-energy

vehicles via launching four clean-energy engines, namely, YC IE-Power, YC e-CVT, YC E-Axel

and YC FCS.

玉柴集团致力于太阳能发电等新能源领域的投资、建设及运营，发展光伏发电产

151.51 million kilowatts per hour, with a year-on-year growth of 34.57%, directly or indirectly

At the Yuchai E-drive Powertrain Strategy & Product Conference held in Beijing on May

28, Yuchai released Yuchai E-drive powertrain technical line and launched four E-drive

powertrain, including fuel cell systems. With the ability to research and develop and

manufacture core parts of E-drive powertrain, Yuchai is able to provide clients with a

complete set of solutions for E-drive powertrain. As the only enterprise possessing the

12 月 31 日，玉柴桂平农光互补光伏发电三期项目成功并网发电。该项目总投资

约 3 亿元，总装机容量 80 兆瓦，占地面积约 3000 多亩，项目运用跟踪支架和

双面发电技术，大大提高了项目发电效率，满产后每年发电量近 1 亿度，每年可

创造约 4500 万元的销售收入。同时项目在不改变土地性质的情况下，采用“现

代农业 + 扶贫工程 + 休闲观光 + 清洁能源”三产融合的新型综合绿色经济模式，

立体综合开发利用土地，实现多方互利共赢发展。

Phase III of Yuchai Guiping agricultural production and photovoltaic power generation

complementary project was successfully combined to the grid on December 31. With

a total investment of RMB 300 million, the project had an installed gross capacity of 80

megawatts, covering an area of more than 3,000 mu. The power generation efficiency of

the project was greatly improved by virtue of tracking bracket and double-sided power

generation technology. With a full-capacity production, it can generate nearly 100 million

kWh of power generation yearly and generate an annual sales revenue of RMB about 45

million. In the meantime, on the premise of preserving the land status, a new comprehensive

green economic pattern featuring the integration of three industries and "modern agriculture

+ anti-poverty project + leisure tourism + clean energy" was adopted for stereoscopic and

comprehensive development & utilization of land to achieve mutual benefit and win-win

development for multiple parties.

Yuchai Pure Electric Commercial Vehicle Project (PECV Project), a key project of secondary

entrepreneurship in Guangxi’s machinery industry, is the first one implemented in Guangxi

Advanced Equipment Manufacturing City (Yulin), as well as the first finished vehicle project of

real significance in the industrial history of Yuchai and Yulin.

In 2019, Yuchai promoted the construction of its Pure Electric Commercial Vehicle Project (PECV Project) in an orderly manner. With a

total investment of RMB 1.34 billion and a building area of 130,800 square meters, the PECV Project, occupying 525 mu in the area, will

be developed into a comprehensive new energy vehicles' manufacturing base that integrates the R&D, manufacturing, marketing and

service of pure electric commercial vehicles and parts with an annual production of 50,000 vehicles. It is estimated that the project will

be rewarded with an annual sales revenue of RMB 6.8 billion and will create 2,000 direct employment opportunities and 20,000 indirect

employment opportunities.

6 月 28 日，玉柴专汽在成都郫县的生活垃圾压缩中转站第三机位 H5173A 压缩

设备及转运车辆采购项目顺利通过设备验收，正式投入使用。该设备由玉柴专汽

完成研发、生产和安装，是郫县目前最大的，也是唯一的大型生活垃圾压缩转运

站，当前，该中转站日处理垃圾量达 800 吨。

8 月 29 日，玉柴马石油润滑油新发布两款悍虎品牌国六发动机

专用油，适用各类装配国六排放标准柴油发动机车辆，可为其

提供绿色润滑保护。

On August 29, Guangxi Beihai Yuchai Petronas High-Quality Lube Co.,

Ltd. (Yuchai-Petronas Lube) launched two types of Hanhu special-

purpose oil applying to China Ⅵ engines, which are suitable for various

vehicles assembling diesel engines that come up to China VI vehicle

emission standards. The eco-friendly oil can lubricate engines.

Yuchai culture for achieving the harmonious development of enterprise and society. "Yan Ping Student Fund", "Yuchai Group Green Fund" and

"Yuchai General Volunteer Team" have become the public welfare brands of Yuchai.

On June 28, Yuchai passed the acceptance for H5173A compression equipment placed in the 3rd position and transfer vehicles

procurement project of domestic waste compression transfer station in Pixian County, Chengdu. The equipment has been officially put

into use. The equipment developed, manufactured and installed by Guangxi Yuchai Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. is the largest and

the only large-scale waste compacting transfer station in Pixian County so far, with a daily disposal capacity of waste of 800 tons.

精准扶贫Targeted Poverty Alleviation

玉柴集团一直致力于推动公益文化和实践在公司内部的渗透，积极贯彻落实并推动

精准扶贫工作，帮助挂责的贫困户脱贫致富。2019 年，玉柴帮扶的 25 户贫困户中

已有 12 户成功脱贫，另有 10 户贫困户被当地村委纳入预脱贫名单，并如期完成“双

认定”工作。

Yuchai Group has been committed to promoting the permeation of public culture and practice

in the company and taken active response to the working requirement on targeted poverty

alleviation to lift the low-income families out of poverty and make them become better off. In

2019, 12 of the 25 poor households assisted by Yuchai got rid of poverty. Furthermore, the

local village committee added 10 households to the poverty alleviation list and finished the

"double identifications" as scheduled.

帮助贫困户解决危房改造资金短缺的实际困难，落实党中央提出的“两不愁三保

By granting RMB 3,000 to each of the nine poverty-stricken households with financial

difficulties in the reconstruction of dilapidated houses, Yuchai Group has facilitated the

poverty-stricken households to solve the practical difficulties of fund shortage caused by

the reconstruction of dilapidated houses, and implemented the basic poverty alleviation

requirements raised by the Central Government that the basic living needs of poor rural

populations are met and that such people have access to compulsory education, basic

medical services and housing.

Upgrade reporting framework in response to multiple demands based on core business. Based on the "stakeholder" framework of the

Sustainability Report 2018, the reporting framework of 2019 adds "new energy vehicles & automobile service industry" with the integration

of "international operation" and "customer value" chapters, which is specifically divided into six chapters: "customer value, employee growth,

green environment, win-win cooperation, new energy and environmental protection industry, and community responsibility". It is an active

adjustment made in combination with the core goal of building a new energy vehicles & automobile service industry, which can better respond
