THE HELLENIC SINGERS A group that performs folk songs from various parts of Greece. They will be performing throughout the Festival weekend in various locations.Refer to map & schedule on reverse side for times & location.

AGORA (GREEK MARKETPLACE) A gift boutique featuring beautiful Greek items for sale.

DANCE & MUSIC TENT Tap your feet to live Greek music or sit back and relax as vocalists sing you an enchanting Greek love song.

ANNUNCIATION BOOKSTORE Choose from a fine selection of Bibles, religious books (for adults & children), beautiful icons, votive lamps, incense, cards and jewelry.

CATHEDRAL TOURS Take a tour of our beautiful Byzantine style Cathedral and learn more about our Orthodox faith. Refer to map & schedule on reverse side for times & location.

GREEK FESTIVAL DANCERS Enjoy the rhythm of our junior & senior Greek Festival Folk Dancers. Performances are held under the Dance & Music Tent. Interested in learning Greek dance? WEDDING EXHIBITOne of the many exciting exhibits is a cultural display of a collection of mannequins wearing wedding ensembles from many areas of Greece.Check the map to find it in the room just past the Cathedral Bookstore.

CULTURAL EXHIBIT Learn more about Greek history and culture. Enjoy a museum quality interactive timeline spanning Greek history from the Bronze Age to the Greek War of Independence.

Greek Festival TavernaFine Greek appetizers, wine, beer and live music.

TZATZIKI, HUMMUS AND TYROKAFTERI PLATE A Hummus, tzatziki, spicy feta (tyrokafteri) platter. Served with pita.

MEZZE PLATTER A plate of delectable Greek appetizers including Kalamari, spanakopites, tyropites, dolmathes, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and pita bread.

KALAMARI Lightly fried Kalamari basket served with a lemon wedge.

SAGANAKI A delicious appetizer of flambeed Greek cheese served with a lemon wedge and pita bread

GREEK BEER AND WINE Sip a glass of Greek beer or wine while enjoying your meal or dessert.

Enjoy Greek delicacies such as Baklava, Kataifi, and much more. Take some home, they freeze well!

PECAN BLOSSOMS Flaky fillo dough swirled with butter and walnuts.

TSOUREKIA (tsou-REK-ya) – A sweet egg bread. A traditional bread of Greek Easter.

BAKLAVA (bah-klah-VA) – Flaky fillo layered with butter and walnuts and topped with Greek syrup.

GALAKTOBOUREKO (ga-lak-to-BOOR-ree-ko) – A baked farina custard between fillo leaves and topped with Greek syrup.

KOURAMBIETHES (kou-ram-BEH-des) – Light buttered cookies sprinkled with confectionery sugar.

MELOMAKARONA (melo-ma-KA-rona) – Honey dipped butter cookies with cinnamon & nuts.

KATAIFI (ka-ta-EE-fee) – Pastry strands wrapped around walnuts baked with butter, dipped in honey.

AMIGDALOTA (a-MIG-da-lo-ta) – Almond sweets made from honey, almonds, flour, water and sugar.

KOULOURAKIA (kou-lou-RA-kia) – A buttery twisted shortbread cookie.

PASTA SOKOLATOS (PAS-tes) – Layers of Grecian cake and whipped cream, assorted fruit & chocolate flavors.

BAKLAVA CHEESECAKE Creamy cheesecake filling topped with a baklava layer.

Indoor Gourmet Food Lines Two lines allow you to taste a-la-carte a variety of Greek foods, including gourmet specialties such as Moussaka, Pastitsio, Greek Salad and Dolmathes.

DOLMATHES (dol-MA-des) –Tender grape leaves stuffed with a savory meat and rice filling, bathed in a tangy egg-lemon sauce.

PASTITSIO (pa-STEE-cho) – Layered macaroni with a piquant tomato-cinnamon meat sauce in the middle layer. Topped with custard and cheese.

MOUSSAKA (mouh-sa-KA) – Layers of young eggplant and sautéed ground beef baked with a rich cream sauce (béchamel).

SPANAKOPITA (spa-na-KO-pee-ta) – A blend of spinach, cheeses and herbs wrapped in a buttered fillo dough, then baked.

TYROPITA (tee-roh-pee-ta) – Blended cheeses wrapped in a buttered fillo dough and baked until golden and crispy.

KEFTEDES (kef-te-DES) – Traditional spiced Greek meatballs. Crispy, juicy and delicious!

CHICKEN AND LEMON POTATOES One-fourth chicken baked Greek style, with Greek lemon potatoes.

GREEK SALAD Tossed with traditional Greek dressing and topped with feta cheese and black olives.

Outdoor Fast Food Tents Entertain your taste buds Greek style with favorites such as Souvlaki, Loukaniko, Gyro, Lamb Chops and Loukoumades.Refer to the Venue Map for locations.

GYRO (GYEE-row) – Flavorfully seasoned meat roasted and served on pita bread, topped with a cucumber-sour cream sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

SOUVLAKI (sue-VLAH-kee) – Pork or Chicken shish kebab marinated in lemon, olive oil and spices.

GREEK LAMB CHOP DINNER Succulent roasted lamb (meat/chop mix) with lemon potatoes, and a Greek salad.

LOUKANIKO (lou-KAN-iko) – A Traditional Greek sausage sandwich.

GREEK FRIES Seasoned to perfection with a combination of Greek spices.

LOUKOUMADES (lou-kou-MA-des) Honey dipped doughnut puffs topped with nuts and cinnamon.

BAKLAVA SUNDAES Soft serve vanilla ice-cream topped with crumbled baklava and drizzled with chocolate syrup.

GREEK COFFEE Roasted, finely ground coffee beans are boiled in a pot (cezve), sweetened & served hot
