GREEK FESTIVAL DANCERS Enjoy the rhythm of our junior & senior Greek Festival Folk Dancers. Performances are held under the Dance & Music Tent. Interested in learning Greek dance? TZATZIKI, HUMMUS AND TYROKAFTERI PLATE A Hummus, tzatziki, spicy feta (tyrokafteri) platter. Served with pita.

Indoor Gourmet Food Lines Two lines allow you to taste a-la-carte a variety of Greek foods, including gourmet specialties such as Moussaka, Pastitsio, Greek Salad and Dolmathes.

DOLMATHES (dol-MA-des) –Tender grape leaves stuffed with a savory meat and rice filling, bathed in a tangy egg-lemon sauce.

PASTITSIO (pa-STEE-cho) – Layered macaroni with a piquant tomato-cinnamon meat sauce in the middle layer. Topped with custard and cheese.
