2019 STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL VENDOR BOOTH SPACE APPLICATION Vendor Information Reserve your space early. Booth sites are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Various price levels are available for you to choose from. The more expensive spaces are those most in demand because of their proximity to the parade route and Kiwanis stage. However, with attractions located at both ends of Division Street and at the north end of Third Street, there is an excellent flow of visitors throughout the vendor booth area. See Festival Map on page 4. Entertainment on the Kiwanis Stage begins on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. Booth Spaces include a permit to do business at the festival from 6:00 PM Friday the day before the festival until 6:00 PM festival day. A separate permit must be displayed on each booth, stand, or attraction. Set up may begin as early as 5:00 PM Friday the day before the festival. If you have any questions, call 918-797-5097. In case of severe weather or other emergency, official announcements will be made from the Kiwanis stage. Loudspeakers are in place in several locations along Division Street. Vendor Information

Furnish own cords. Due to interference with the entertainment on the stage, no generators are permitted in the Commercial Prime or Platinum areas. No electricity is available in the non-profit area and only a few sites have electricity available in Arts & Crafts.

Festival Book Ad

For the first time, vendors are being given the opportunity to advertise in the Strawberry Festival Book, which is

published each year to inform attendees of the various events scheduled during the festival. Beginning last

year, the books became available online, so that attendees could view the information from their electronic

device rather than carry a printed edition around during the day. (To view the 2018 edition online, click on the

Deadline for Ad submission is March 1, 2019, so applications must be submitted no later than that date.

Ads can be submitted by email in pdf format to [email protected] or if your wish is for the publisher

to create an ad for you email the information you wish to include (example: a business card). All ads are in full

color. Note: All ad placement in the booklet is at the discretion of the Stilwell Kiwanis Club. All ads one-half

page or less will be on pages with text (stories) and pictures. If you have any questions, call 918-797-5097.
