CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing and

will be controlled by envelope postmark or

fax transmittal dates. In the event an exhibitor

must cancel, the following refund policy applies:

A 50% refund will be sent if space is canceled by

September 6, 2019; no refund will be issued for cancellations made after

September6, 2019
