Roach treatment Prep Sheet 1347 N. High St. Columbus, Ohio 43201 Prior to the initial service, the following steps should be performed by the homeowner, to enable the technician to perform the most thorough treatment possible. This preparation is not required for subsequent monthly service unless requested by your technician. KITCHEN 1. Remove all items (dishes, glassware, utensils, food, supplies, etc.) from cabinets and storage areas. 2. Place all opened food (cereal, crackers, cookies, sugar, flour, spices, canisters, etc.) in the refrigerator or sealed in plastic bags. 3. Items from above may be placed on the tabletops and covered with a sheet. 4. Keep floor areas and counter tops clear. 5. Empty all trashcans. Remove paper grocery bags from kitchen area. BATHROOM 1. Remove all items from medicine cabinets. 2. Remove all items from storage cabinet and drawers. 3. Place all personal items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, cosmetics, toiletries, medicines, etc.) in sealed plastic bags. These bags may be placed in the bathtub along with other stored items. 4. Keep floor area clear. BEDROOM 1. Remove all items from closet floor and closet shelving areas. 2. Remove dresser drawers. 3. Items may be stacked on bed and covered. Keep floor area clear. FLOORS We need access to all perimeter baseboard areas. Please move all stored items approximately 3 ft. from walls. SPECIAL NOTES: Infants and persons with heart or respiratory problems should be out of the treated area until the liquid product dries. All pets (including birds and fish) must be removed from the area to be treated. If fish cannot be removed, air pumps must be disconnected and the tanks sealed with plastic. The materials used are non-hazardous when dry. We suggest that newspaper or shelf paper be placed on the shelves when liquid is dry, before replacing stored items. The treatment will not harm house plants.
