IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS: It is extremely important to carefully package items being returned to Kaye Products, Inc. for credit. Items damaged during return shipment cannot be resold and will not be given full credit. It is best to save the original product packaging if you are uncertain that the client will be keeping the equipment. Make sure to place walker legs in their inner boxes (or bubble wrap) to prevent their scratching the walker during shipment. Walker legs should never be placed loose in the walker box. Upholstered items should also be protected from tearing during shipment--cardboard padding or bubble wrap is recommended.
