Catering for all OccasionsGarnish is an established, Mother Daughter run catering company specialising in the outside catering sector. Our aim is to take away the stresses & strains of catering for all your clients or guests. We save you the time and effort of shopping, creating a menu, and of course the preparation and cooking time too.

We offer a vast range to suit all tastes. As you browse this brochure you will see various buffet styles to choose from. Alternatively, you may wish to provide some catering yourself but opt to supplement this with our homemade treats.

Our buffets are well presented and include paper plates, serviettes and any plastic cutlery required. All ranges in this brochure come ready made to serve, unlike other companies that just provide the prepared ingredients to assemble your own.

Diane is highly qualified and experienced in the field of catering; she began her training at the age of sixteen at Chesterfield College, where she was awarded distinctions in City and Guilds. Working at the Chesterfield Royal, she was trained in special diets, including gluten free, diabetes and various allergies and intolerances. Moving into school catering, she became Derbyshire County Council’s youngest School Catering Manager. Further management rolls at other quality establishments in the region paved way to Diane taking the important step of establishing her own business. Diane built a reputation second to none in the Chesterfield area.

Terms & ConditionsTo secure the date we require a £50 non-refundable deposit.We require a £50 refundable deposit for the trays.The balance is due no later than Two weeks prior to the event, where this may not be possible (eg late bookings/funerals)payment shall be made in full prior to the event.Accepted payment methods include BACs, Cash or Cheque. Cheques must be made payable to Miss D Morris and paid with enough time for funds to clear. Please ask for BACs details.Additions to a buffet can be made with 72 hours notice. Payment must be made in full.Business Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.
