Staff and Students would like to thank everyone for coming along and helping to celebrate Educa on Week. What an absolute amazing week we all had! The most rewarding part of our celebra ons is opening our school to families, friends and the community. It is such a joy to work in and be involved with such an incredible bunch of students, staff and parent community.

The Book Fair was once again a big hit amongst all students. Thank you to all parents and students who purchased or donated books throughout the week. The school library has been able to select $400 worth of books in commission from the sales of the fair.

B P ‘R S ’ Students and staff dressed up to the theme ’Reading Is My Super Power’ and paraded for the many parents in a endance. The teachers then had the difficult task of selec ng a winner from each year. Congratula ons to the selected winners: (K) Patrick Gordon, (Yr.1) Tully Chase, (Yr.2) Jock Spra , (Yr.3) Ebony Lawry, (Yr.4) Angus Griffith, (Yr.5) Alloway Whi le & Gus Lewis, (Yr.6) Joshua Hargraves. Thank you to both students and parent for the great effort everyone put into their costumes.

These student also received a $10 voucher to be redeemed at the book fair.

In addi on to the book parade, students from all classes completed a story leading up to our Book Parade day. The tle for the story was ’If I Had A Super Power How Would I Make The World Be er’. Mrs Cobb once again had the pleasure of reading and judging all the stories to select a winner from each year.

Students and staff a keeping extremely busy preparing for the MULAN concert.

Students are a ending the hall to prac ce on a Friday morning with Ms Gail and Kylie Haigh will be returning as of next Monday to polish off the dance rou nes with the children.

Costumes have been bought and a note did go home asking for parents to forward in $7 per child to pay for their costume. It would be appreciated if you could send this in before the end of this week.

The evening concert has almost sold out. Therefore, if you have not purchased your ckets, we urge you to do so promptly to avoid disappointment.

The students rotated in their peer groups to an array of ac vi es including a Ninja Warrior Course, Cooking, Language and Culture Studies, Art/cra s and tradi onal games.
