Once again this year, the stand of the Junge DLG (Young DLG) is the central meeting place for the younger genera-tion of the agricultural sector. In addition to networks and an exciting exchange of ideas, you will be provided with career tips and information on events and seminars.

Use the Young Farmers Day on Thursday, 14 November 2019. Beginning at 10 am, it will offer you exciting presenta-tions, career talks and panel discussions. Then starting at 4:00 p.m. the Young Farmers Congress will take place before the Young Farmers Party awaits you beginning at 6:30 pm in the “TUI Arena” as the conclusion to the Young Farmers Day. There will be cool music, high spirits and plen-ty of fun. It‘s an absolute highlight of the trade fair!

RedSofa–StudentsinterviewTopManagers

Experience high-ranking representatives from farming and animal husbandry at first hand on the Red Sofa of the Univer-sities of Applied Sciences (Hall 21, B18). Here students will have a look behind the scenes of the industry and examine top managers and organisations from the agricultural sector in 15-minute interviews. The programme also includes the presentation of the “Masters & Doers Award” by topagrar and Karrero, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on 14 November 2019.

“Werkstattlive”forschoolstudents

In Hall 2, Stand E40, you can experience the varied work carried out in a workshop for agricultural machines “live” while learning a great deal about the profession of “agricultural and construction machine mechatronics engineer” and obtaining information on the broad range of development perspectives.

“Howworkischanging–Focusontheemployee”

The employee day of the “Landwirtschaftskammer Nieder-sachsen” (Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture) is directed at young professionals, pupils at vocational schools, students, employees and employers from the agricultural sector. Hall 1 of the Convention Centre (CC), Thursday, 14 Nov., 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Fascinating machines, inspiring contacts and lots of helpful information will be offered at “Agritech Future”, the agricultur-al technology information day of the VDMA on 15 November from 10:00 am to 15:30 pm – the kick-off is at the Convention Centre, Hall 1B.
