ExecutiveSummaryThahameso Civil and Project Management is a construction and project management rm that was formed in June 2012. The company started to operate in July 2012. The word Mphago, which means Provision for Future Supplies, is committed to deliver excellent service to its clients.

Thahameso Civil and Project Management is a multi-disciplinary 100 % Black owned undertaking, Including Highly Disadvantaged Individuals as shareholders to provide professional services in the Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Project Management Environment. The success of Thahameso Civil and Project Management future in civil engineering and construction management will depend increasingly on the capability to adapt to the unique, changing and often challenging development needs of South Africa.

The successful understanding and management of diversity are integral to the operating formula required in these areas.
