2018 Kitchen Committee Guide for kitchen committees: 1. Each team will be responsible for checking the kitchen during
their quarter. 2. Check the kitchen at the beginning of each month in the quarter
to make sure that the kitchen has adequate supplies. There is a list affixed to the cabinet containing paper goods noting the supplies that are commonly used. This typically includes dish soap, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic bags, paper plates of two sizes, plastic ware, paper napkins, plastic and Styrofoam cups.
3. If supplies are needed, please purchase them and submit receipts to the Olsburg Lutheran Church treasurer.
4. If there are church-related events, supplies should be checked by those in charge of the events (such as funeral lunches, soup suppers, showers, etc.) If any supplies are purchased, receipts should be submitted to the appropriate treasurer of the group sponsoring the event.
5. Periodically check the kitchen for tidiness and wipe off counters and stoves when needed as well as returning dishes in the dish drainer to the cabinets.
6. If there are any maintenance items noted, please contact a member of the Church Council.

Funeral Meals Committee Guide for funeral meals committee: 1. Serve as chairman for funeral meals. 2. Contact Pastor for direction on date, time, place. 3. Funeral meals will consist of sandwiches, salads, and desserts. 4. Solicit donations of salads and desserts from church members
and accept donations from the community. 5. OLCW will cover expenses for paper products, sandwiches,
and drinks. 6. Check and use supplies on hand in the church kitchen, before
purchasing more. Luellen Kasselman and Joyce Cantrell will organize funeral meals.

Funeral Meals Committee Guide for funeral meals committee: 1. Serve as chairman for funeral meals. 2. Contact Pastor for direction on date, time, place. 3. Funeral meals will consist of sandwiches, salads, and desserts. 4. Solicit donations of salads and desserts from church members
and accept donations from the community. 5. OLCW will cover expenses for paper products, sandwiches,
and drinks. 6. Check and use supplies on hand in the church kitchen, before
purchasing more. Luellen Kasselman and Joyce Cantrell will organize funeral meals.

2018 Kitchen Committee Guide for kitchen committees: 1. Each team will be responsible for checking the kitchen during
their quarter. 2. Check the kitchen at the beginning of each month in the quarter
to make sure that the kitchen has adequate supplies. There is a list affixed to the cabinet containing paper goods noting the supplies that are commonly used. This typically includes dish soap, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic bags, paper plates of two sizes, plastic ware, paper napkins, plastic and Styrofoam cups.
3. If supplies are needed, please purchase them and submit receipts to the Olsburg Lutheran Church treasurer.
4. If there are church-related events, supplies should be checked by those in charge of the events (such as funeral lunches, soup suppers, showers, etc.) If any supplies are purchased, receipts should be submitted to the appropriate treasurer of the group sponsoring the event.
5. Periodically check the kitchen for tidiness and wipe off counters and stoves when needed as well as returning dishes in the dish drainer to the cabinets.
6. If there are any maintenance items noted, please contact a member of the Church Council.
