It was the year 1989 when Akkar was first founded as a small manufacturing facility that entirely focused on producing shotguns in Istanbul. In 1992, Akkar produced Turkey’s first pump action and gas operated semiautomatic shotguns with innovative collaboration and feedback of prominent gunsmiths and shooters. State of the Art Around the time when Akkar decided to launch it’s first classical yet innovative and elegant, superior quality break open shotgun collection, the brand name Churchill was offered by a friend and a long time acquaintance Paul Kassnar who then owned Kassnar International of London, the original registrar of the brand in UK. The significance and weight this name bore was well observed and always carefully considered by Akkar team who enjoy tremendously designing and producing precision shotguns with the awareness that there is still is so much more to do.

206 Series was Akkar’s first break open shotgun collection launched in 2005 with rather classical look and ergonomic features. Churchill shotguns proudly follows The Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers’ Institute (SAAMI) standards and also tested and recognized by CIP (International Proof Commission) standards for

being compatible with steel shots as environmental awareness is rapidly rising against lead pellets polluting the nature.

Drop at Monte Carlo: 59 3- Adjustable MONTE CARLO stock. 4- Manual Safety. 5- Automatic Ejectors. 6- Dovetailed trigger blade gives 8 mm of adjustment on the reach to the trigger shoe. 1500 gram/3lb 10 oz (tested) gram crisp trigger pull shortens the lapse between the idea and the action; the lapse between submittal of the thought (pulling the trigger) and the actual ignition. 7- Case hardened steel receiver without any coating. 8- Back-bored barrels with lengthened forcing cones and ports to reduce felt recoil. 9- 2 White color Bradley beads, mid-bead and on the muzzle end... 10-Stepped high rib tapered down to muzzle end. 11- Unsingle Barrel weighs 3 Lb 9 oz. / 1600 gr. Chrome lined barrel and chamber. 13- A set of (11pcs) extended, knurled chokes give a wide variety of constriction options (2 CYL, 2 IC, 3 MOD, 3 FULL and 1 EXTRA FULL, REM-CHOKE Thread Pattern). 14- 206 Trap Combo contains two barrel sets — one an 81 cm single-shot ‘un-single’ with a dial-adjustable aluminum rib (adjustable from 50/50 up to 90/10 point of impact), the other an 81 cm standard set of barrels with stepped rib (50/50 point of impact). 15- Ported barrels.
