Question 3: Yes, additional hours are to be included to cover the additional tasks listed for construction. Question 4: Please clarify if we are to include materials testing costs during construction. Answer 4: The Consultant will be required to obtain three quotes for material testing however the Township can be directly invoiced for the testing services and therefore testing costs should not be included in the submission. Question 5: Please confirm construction staging assumptions for completion of the work. i.e. will full road closures be permitted with implementation of a detour Answer 5: It is assumed that Noonan Side Road Bridge and Upper Scotch Line Culvert may be full road closures and Glen Tay Side Road Bridge will have to be staged construction.
