BMI Vietnam Global Education Fair puts your institution in front of thousands of students and parents from Vietnam’s two largest markets, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. These students are in the process of researching and selecting their international course abroad. This is your opportunity to meet and recruit these students directly or with the help of your local agent.

While the recruitment fairs are held in luxurious 5 star hotels, the tour also incorporates visits to prestigious high schools in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi where we will hold mini-fairs on campus.

Vietnam is one of the most important markets for outbound student mobility in South-East Asia, where demand for overseas study continues to be driven by concerns over quality in the domestic education system, a vibrant economy and rising family incomes.

To complement the Global Education Fairs, BMI takes a limited number of accredited institutions to visit exclusive high schools in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. At each school, you will participate in an on-campus mini-fair that will directly connect you with senior students, parents, and high school counsellors.

The schools we visit are high level private schools, many of whom run to an international curriculum or offer the International Baccalaureate. These high schools have been selected as they proactively prepare their students for studying abroad.

We know our clients are extremely busy and consistently travel the world. To help reduce the workload, BMI offers a range of support services making

the fair experience easier and more cost effective.

PRINT LOCALLY TRANSLATION HELP

SAVE ON HOTELS PRINT STAND GRAPHICS

Avoid costly shipping and customs problems. BMI can print your brochures and leaflets locally and have it waiting at your stand for when you arrive. We can even store material for future use, deliver to advising centres and agencies or carry out in-country mailings.

Translators can be organised to help you at your stand. They can be especially helpful when talking with parents or if you are only sending one representative.

You will have access to heavily discounted hotel rates when attending one of our events.

These rates are even available before and after the event, in case you wish to arrive early or extend your stay for further follow ups or meetings.

Tired of carrying posters and pop up stands?

Printing your graphics directly onto the stand walls looks fantastic, professional and is very cost effective.

Making your fair experience easy and successful
