Payment Terms:• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.• Orders will not be processed without payment information accompanying order.• Sorry, we do not offer COD or Proforma payments.

Shipping:• Orders will ship FOB Seymour, Indiana.• Orders ship UPS ground, International orders ship USPS or UPS (which ever is least expensive or by customer request)• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by weight, dimensions and destination of the package. Additional fees apply to residential deliveries and freight forwarding.• Customers using their own shipping accounts are subject to packing fees of $3.00 per box and $35.00 per pallet (plus the $3.00 per box).

Claims:• All sales are final.• Any claims must be reported to Honey & Me within 7 days of receipt of order. • No returns are accepted without prior authorization of Honey & Me and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.• Any refused orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping & handling both ways.• Sorry, we do not ship replacements for damaged items, however, a credit will be applied to your next order on your Honey & Me account.

Order Processing Policy:• When your order is ready to be processed, we will put a hold on your credit card. The hold is for the amount of the products plus an estimated 20% for shipping.• If for some reason your credit card is not approved for the amount of the hold. Your order will automatically be moved to our next shipping batch. *We will try to give you a courtesy call, but during peak shipping times this process will take longer.• Then your order will be picked, packed and shipped (each box has a packing slip) *Full cases will not have a packing slip.• While your order is on its way to you, the final invoice will be created and your credit card will be charged the actual amount for products and shipping fees. Final invoices will be emailed. If you prefer a faxed or mailed invoice, please state this when placing your order.• Customers will receive an email notification with a tracking numbers from UPS, when your order has shipped. *USPS does not provide this service.• We schedule shipping batches to go to our warehouse on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Orders will then ship within 2 business days, after given to our warehouse.• Please allow 5-7 days for in-stock orders to be processed.• We offer a “RUSH" service for $8.00 per order. Orders requesting this service will be shipped by the end of the next business day. * This is a rush service from Honey & Me and does require standard delivery times from the designated shipping company.
