In2018,weremainedthoughtleadersinourmarkets,mettheexpectationsofourclientsandcontinuedtoprovideouremployeeswithchallengingandexcitingopportunities.Wegrew15%inrevenueand24%innumberofclientsserved.Thisgrowthhasallowedustoimpactmoreclients,ourpeopleandthecommunitiesthatweserve.Wearepleasedtosharesomeofouraccomplishmentsinthisreport.

CommitmenttoClientSuccessIn2018,NavigatorManagementPartnersworkedwith93clientsonover195projects,helpingthemaddresscomplexchallengesrelatedtopeople,process,and/ortechnologychanges.Hereareafewexamples:

! BaltimoreCityCommunityCollege’s(BCCC)studentenrollmentgrewby8%afterengagingNavigatortoperformprocessimprovementefforts.ThisengagementmarkedoneofthefirsttimesinmultipleyearsthatBCCCoutperformedthemarket,reversingfiveyearsofdecliningenrollment.

! AscenaRetailGroupengagedNavigatortohelpthemwiththeirenterprisetransformationinitiativeknownasChangeforGrowth,whichincludedaWorkdayHCMimplementation.

! CAS,adivisionoftheAmericanChemicalSociety(ACS),thelargestscientificsocietyintheworld,haspartneredwithNavigatortohelpbuildandmatureanOCMCenterofExcellence(COE),whichhasbeenusedtothebenefitofmanyinitiativesacrosstheenterprise.

! BusinesstransformationturnedintorealityatEasternGatewayCommunityCollegethroughafullsuiteOracleCloudimplementation.Resultsachievedincludedincreasedaccuracy,operationaleffectiveness,andefficienciesinadministrativeprocessesenablingfocusededucationandlearningwithflexibilitytosupportfuturecollegegrowthandinitiatives.

! AglobalhealthcareservicescompanypartneredwithNavigatorManagementPartnersforchangemanagementanddatamanagementactivitiesforitsSAPintegrationprojectrelatedtotheacquisitionofamedicaldevicesbusiness.Thiswasthecompany’slargestmedicalproductsacquisitionatthetimeandpositionedthemasaleaderinGlobalManufacturing.Within6months,Navigatortactfullyandskillfullyassistedtheclientinintegratingnewbusinessoperations,data,products,andusersintoacomplexandexpandingSAPlandscape.Thechangesimpacted10,000+employees,across6countriesand10businessfunctions.

OCMinvestmentisakeyfactorinoursuccesshelpingclientsachievetheirdesiredbusinessoutcomes.

In2018,NavigatorwasnamedtheonlyProsci®AuthorizedTrainingPartnerintheUnitedStates.Wehave8CertifiedProsci®AdvancedInstructorsonourteamwhoconducted32Prosci®classeslastyear.Theytrainedover500individualsacross39clients.

NavigatorisproudtoworkwithProsci®,thegloballeaderinchangemanagementmethodology,toofferbest-in-classchangemanagementtrainingandservicetoourclients.InadditiontoourCertifiedInstructors,wealsoinvestedinProsci®internally.Attheendof2018,60%ofallNavigatorswereProsci®-certifiedChangeManagementpractitioners.

OrganizationalChangeManagement(OCM)continuedtobeakeyenablerforprojectsuccess.In2018,ourtotalOCMservicesrevenuegrew12%over2017,andrepresented25%ofourannualrevenue.OurOCMCapabilityadded19resources,18%growthfromthepreviousyear.OurOCMresourcesarealsomakinganimpactinprofessionalorganizations:fourNavigatorswereelectedtoleadershiprolesintheAssociationofChangeManagementProfessionals(ACMP)in2018.

OurworkinBusinessIntelligenceandAnalytics(BI)continuedtobeadriverofinnovationatourclients.In2018,weincreasedourfocusonfulllifecycleBI,includingstrategy,dataengineering,dashboards,embeddedreporting,andanalyticalmodels.Withaheavyfocusonengagementandadoption,we'vehelpedourclientsbecomemoredatadriven,makemoreinformeddecisionsusingmodernanalyticalarchitectures,andbuildculturesbasedongovernedself-service.BIservicesaccountedfor15%ofNavigator'sannualrevenuein2018,wesuccessfullydelivered32BIprojects,andourBIclientcountin2018morethandoubledcomparedto2017.Finally,ourworkinanalyticsattheStateofOhiowasnominatedfora2018StrataDataImpactAward.

WeannouncedthecreationofournewEnterpriseSolutionStrategycapabilitygroup.Thiscapabilitygroupwastheculminationofanevolutionofmanyofourhistoricalofferingsintoanew,focusedofferingthroughwhichweserveasanindependent,objectiveadvisortoclients.Servicesofferedthroughthisgroupinclude:
