2018 CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REPORT

Page 2: 2018 CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REPORT · Service Activities are scheduled to best accommodate employees' schedules, and interests, allowing these giving back efforts to be a

When we first launched our CSR program, the goal was to provide opportunities for our employees to make a measurable impact within the community. Over time, we have expanded our activism on, and investment in, the issues that matter to our employees, customers, and communities. Today, at every level of the company, our employees are making a difference.

2018 was yet another active year for us and giving back took many forms. I am proud to share with you our ninth CSR annual report. Highlights of our work include:

The largest launch ever of our Pro Bono projects, which included 100 employee volunteers benefiting 12 unique nonprofits

Continued growth of our Board Leadership Program with the addition of three employees and their supported nonprofit organizations

Expansion of our Pay It Forward grants to execute independent, random acts of kindness benefiting strangers

These achievements speak to the true character of the Acumen Solutions team members and our shared commitment to creating a culture that delivers real value to our community. As I reflect on 2018 and what we have accomplished over the last 20 years, I am filled with incredible pride. The progress we have made would be impossible without our incomparable Corporate Care Department and the hard work of our employees and community partners.

Thank you for your interest in and support of Acumen Solutions. We pledge to advance our CSR initiatives in 2019 and beyond.

in Arlington, VA. We now have over 800 employees concentrated in ten geographic

locations, including Canada and the United Kingdom.

These achievements speak to the true character of the Acumen Solutions team members and our shared commitment to creating a culture that delivers real value to our community.”
