before possible. By using different abrasives and blast
delivery systems, The Aqua Miser™ offers a wide
array of capabilities including quick and effective
degreasing and cleaning, removing paint layer by layer
or heavy corrosion from surfaces, and achieving a white
metal blast like sandblasting. The Aqua Miser™ can

ARTICLE I NAME This organization shall be known and designated as the Masters and Wardens Club of the 1st and 2nd Masonic Districts of South Carolina.
ARTICLE II PURPOSE The purpose of this organization is to afford the Masonic Lodges of these two districts the opportunity to foster and inculcate the lessons of Freemasonry in unity and to endeavor to plan and execute courses of action involving Masonry in the community, specifically regarding charitable, educational and special occasions which are of mutual interest.
To further these goals, the Club shall institute a system of points to track and recognize masonic efforts in the 1st and 2nd districts with the specific goal of fostering fraternal ties among the brethren and to champion efforts to improve masonic work among the lodges. The system shall recognize brethren for visitation to lodges and/or assisting in the degree work of lodges other than their own and shall recognize efforts by lodges to raise the public’s positive perception of Masonry through charitable acts, community outreach, efforts to involve families in Masonry and community involvement.

GUIDELINE FOR OPEN INSTALLATION
OF THE OFFICERS OF A LODGE
1) Open Lodge in Due form on Third Degree of Masonry.
2) Conduct necessary Lodge business. (Shorten business as much as possible.)
3) Proceed with the election of Officers. 4) Conduct the Master-Elect in front of the Pedestal in
the East. Install him in the usual manner, excluding all person, except the “actual” past Masters and the Master-Elect. Induct him in the Oriental Chair of King Solomon (Past Master’s Degree).
5) Recess the Lodge and invite all members and visitors to enter the Lodge Room for Open Installation. The Marshall forms a procession, consisting of the present Officers, who pass around the Lodge and drop off at their respective stations. Start by having the Master-elect brought before the Pedestal (omitting Steps and Signs). Then have him place his right hand on the “Great Light” and repeat the obligation of office. Again, the Presiding Officer will ask the same question as before, omitting the part about “Being inducted into the Oriental Chair”. Then stand him at the Master’s chair. The Marshall then say, “Brethren behold your Master, Master behold your Brethren”. The new master seats the Lodge.
6) After installation of the Warrant Officers, the Presiding Officer calls the Lodge up and instructs the Marshall to lead in the “Public Grand Honors of Masonry”.
7) Note: Marshall announces that only the Craft will participate. Next install the Treasurer and Secretary.
8) The W.M. and Wardens then make the proper appointments and they are duly installed. (Again omitting the Steps and Signs).
9) After talks for the Good of the Order and any presentations, the Presiding Officer will dismiss all except the Offices who must remain and close the Lodge in Due form on the 3rd Degree.
A Lodge may choose to have a special night for the Public Installation, rather than on the Regular Business Meeting night. Remember, Officers must be installed on or before December 27th. After December 27th, a Dispensation from the Grand Master would be needed.
