WHAT TO EXPECT

1. It is good to be early on the

first day. You are to report to the

Hall by 7.15 am in Queensway

Secondary School (QSS) school

uniform. Your hairstyle, nails,

shoes and socks should conform

with general school rules.

2. You are to bring along your

stationery, two exercise books

and a Positive Attitude!

3. The prefects will carry placards

to show you where to assemble

as a class. Look out for the

prefects. 67

4. Your form teachers will be

introduced to you. Together with

your Lower Sec Year Head, they

will look into your welfare and

development for the year.

5. On a normal school day, the

first bell will ring at 7.20 am to

alert the students to get into their

classes and line-up according to

index number. The second bell

will ring at 7.30 am to signal the

start of the flag-raising ceremony.

Recess and 2nd Recess are 9.40

am to 10.15 am (Upper

Secondary) and 10.35 am to

from Mondays to Thursdays, and

at 1.00 pm on Fridays. Muslim

boys may be dismissed from
