Gen Z is a window into the future of media and marketing. Youth insights and
strategist, Jake Katz, will share findings from their Gen Z planning initiative,
“Project Z: A Mixed Media Story”. Jake’s research provides depth into how this

THE INNOVATION ADVANTAGE
Presented by:
Andrew Razeghi, Founder & Managing Partner, StrategyLab, Inc.
As a result of rapid change, some companies – and entire industries have
been upended. They are no longer relevant and/or they have seen their
margins squeezed to the point of no return. Others have successfully
reinvented themselves – including the ways in which they compete.
Companies that are thriving today and will continue to dominate markets and
make traditional competitors irrelevant are investing heavily in innovation. But
what does it mean to innovate in a legacy business? Why do some leaders fail
while others succeed? And what can you do to gain the innovation advantage?
In this provocative keynote, participants will learn to think bigger, challenge
conventional wisdom, and begin to lead at the next level where innovation is
not a luxury but a necessity.

Johnny Depp returns to the big screen as the iconic, swashbuckling antihero

luck Captain Jack feeling the winds of illfortune blowing strongly his way when

escape from the Devil’s Triangle bent on killing every pirate at sea – notably
Jack. Jack’s only hope of survival lies in the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but

Spencer Klein, EVP, General Sales Manager, 20th Century Fox
Arthur Murtha, VP, Assistant Director of Theatre Operations, Cinemark
Theatres
Kelly O'Connor, SVP, Exhibitor Marketing, Warner Bros. Pictures
Contrary to popular belief, the theatrical experience doesn’t begin when the
lights go down. It starts with that very first greeting at the boxoffice. That
moment clearly sets the tone for what’s yet to come. This is where the work
force (general managers, concessions attendants, boxoffice personnel, ticket
takers – all employees) comes into play. The importance of the work force
should never be underestimated as the success of any theater is truly
dependent on this professional group of dedicated (and funloving) employees.
We are unlike any other business. We are in the best business in the world –
show business!
