The Mount Washington Cog Railway: 2018 Railway to the Moon Steampunk Festival

• We are looking forward to the 2018 Railway to the Moon Steampunk Festival on August 18th, 2018 and are very excited that you will be joining us. To help facilitate the smooth set-up of this event, please review the following information.

The Festival will be open from 10am – 5 pm. This event will be free and open to both Steampunk participants and to the general public.

The MW Cog Railway will be marketing the event through its website, email blasts, paid advertising, social media and other avenues. The MW Cog Railway had over 120,000 riders in 2017. Increased daily visitors are expected for this event due to increased marketing efforts. The Mount Washington Cog Railway daily ridership is 1,000 riders.

Set up: Saturday, August 18th, drop off from 7:00 to 8:30 am. Vehicles must be removed by 8:30 am on Saturday to the vendor parking area.

Important Info: • This is an outdoor event that will be held rain or shine.• Booth spaces will be 10’ x 10’• You will need to provide your own pop-up tent• Cellular Service is available• Password protected WiFi is available• Electricity is not available
