You may find a link to our dues portal at www.lenape8.org. However, if you are unable or do not wish to pay online, you may use this form by following the directions below. 1. This form is for use by Lodge Members to pay their dues

2. You may save the filled in form on your computer for use in the future and can save separate copies

for each member of your family.

3. The Fee section contains extra events. For any of the lines, simply add up the total and send in your check for the total amount.

4. If there are changes necessary to your contact information, please let us know by filing in the

appropriate items on the form. Please write legibly!!!! 5. If you did not paid dues in 2015 or before, you must pay one-month’s back dues to get current. our lodge

rules sate the following: “A member whose dues lapse will be considered inactive and not in good standing. The member may be restored to good standing and active membership by paying the dues of the current year plus the dues from the previous year, regardless of how long a member has been inactive.” (Lodge Rules, IX, B, 4)
