As we grow in this experience, it is not unusual to encounter road blocks along the way. No one person is like the other when it comes to achieving individual goals. Each yogi must honor and respect their limitations and they must be willing to maximize their yoga experience, at times with the assistance of yoga support. Blocks, blankets, and straps are tools often used to help assist in the achievement of fluid movement and peaceful stillness; especially when the asana/posture may have presented itself inaccessible by conventional means. Participants will learn to appreciate the value of yoga support items in habitual asanas and also use them to evolve into more challenging postures. This course is appropriate for YTT 200 students.

Another way we will make exercise fun is by using tools such as bands, elevation training and kettle bells. How I incorporate variety, fun and experimentation in exercise is the reason clients tell me that they love training with me.
