We think youll really enjoy the new features and luxury on the new bus! In 2017 all coaches are equipped with electrical outlets at each seat, WiFi and the newer buses have seat belts. No refund will be given for cancellations or no shows on the day of the trip. Prior to 60 days from departure any cancellations for extended tours, that is under deposit, will be charged a $50.00 service fee per person. There is absolutely no refund for show/game tickets at any time. A commitment to any show trip or sporting event means you are buying a non-refundable ticket. Refunds will only be made if you can find a replacement. THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR MOTOR COACH TOURS: Because of the large demand for many of our tours, in all fairness to everyone, payment will be due 10 days after reserving your seat. Your seat will not be guaranteed until payment in full is received. If payment is not received by the due date, your seat will be available to the next person on the waiting list. Our deposits and payments are due to the vendors by set deadlines, therefore it is important that we have these policies in place to ensure the trips will not be canceled.RESPONSIBILITY: Star Travel and Tours, acts solely in the capacity of an agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging transportation, lodging, sightseeing and other services and as such, is not responsible for any company or person engaging in providing transportation, lodging, or sightseeing or other services which are a part of the tour. We reserve the right to change lodging, transportation, itineraries or services which we feel will be to the better benefit of our tour passengers. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time. We will not be responsible for any loss of tickets, accommodations, sightseeing or any other part of the tour lost due to weather, accident, act of war or terrorism, for any unforeseen conditions, or other companies providing services for the tour, due to bankruptcy or default. All passengers or tour patrons will travel at their own risk throughout the tour. We will not be responsible for any injury at parking areas, while on tour, or of anyone entering or leaving, standing or walking in the motor coach or other transportation, whether in motion or not. Star Travel and Tours and all parking lot owners/renters will not be responsible for vehicles left parked in any parking areas designated for the tour. You park at your own risk and as such Star Travel and Tours and parking lot owners/renters, will not be responsible for any incidents occurring from parking your car or otherwise, being picked up or dropped off in these designated parking areas.
