Text 1 is about 7 different travel
websites. Questions will be about the
different features of these websites.
Text 2 is a letter of advice to a girl who
is going to study in London, England.
A range of questions types will be

responses and more extended
open-ended responses.
General reading skills will be
tested:
e.g. getting main ideas from
paragraphs, referencing, guessing

is played twice.)
Task 3: Make corrections to a

Tips of tackling the reading
comprehension questions:
1) When students are asked to

3) For cloze/gap filling tasks,

accuracy in spelling and
