Allow public access to Habitat Bench (immediately north of Washington Street Boat Landing pergola)
Accessible to public by end of 2022
Increase LID funding for east/west connections in Pioneer Square from $12M to $20M (subject to future Council budget approval)
Provide $75,000/year (pro‐rated as appropriate) to APS for construction coordination and communication
Begin 6 months prior to construction‐end of construction
Extend existing low‐rate parking agreements with off‐street parking operators at First and Columba Garages
KC Metro will not operate more than 650 buses/day on Alaskan Way
Until ST Light Rail operating to West Seattle Alaska Junction Station
Final Conditions
Reduce bus volumes to not more than 30% of current Once ST Light Rail operating to West Seattle Alaska Junction Station
Narrow Alaskan Way from 7/8 lanes to 5/6 lanes by removing the dedicated transit lanes (subject to WSDOT approval and future Council budget approval)
Within 15 months of opening Alaskan Junction Light Rail Station
Allow general purpose traffic movement on Columbia St in both directions
Once Alaskan way narrowing is completed
