Location 29 McKinley Avenue Endicott, NY 13760• The McKinkey is located at the corner of North Street and McKinley Avenue in Endicott, NY• From Route 17 take Exit 67 N Endicott Exit• 2nd Traffic Light (corner of North Street and McKinley Avenue) turn right onto North Street and then your first right onto Heritage Circle.
Number of Guests The McKinley reception room accommodates 400-700 guests.
MinimumRequired guest minimum is determined by your package and event date
Event Timing Start time is flexible and determined by you. We do ask that all events conclude by mid-night. Vendors and those needing access to the reception room for set up and/or decoration purposes will be granted access two-three hours before your scheduled start time.
Professional Vendor ServicesThe same individual attention that you will receive from us should be received from all of your selected vendors. To assist with this expectation, we will provide a list of professional vendors.
PricingAll prices are subject to 20% service charge and 8% (or current) New York state tax.Prices, menus, and package selections are subject to change.
Plated Menu Advance counts of entrée selections will be needed fourteen (14) days prior to your event.
Menu Packages & Dietary NeedsOur culinary team is happy to accommodate special dietary needs. Please let us know in advance, if you or your guests are gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian or have other special dietary requests.
Children’s MealsGuests of the age 12 and under may have a children’s meal at a special price.
Vendor MealsVendors will be served a chef’s choice meal. Alcohol service to vendors is prohibited.
