Security Troop Warrant Officer - June 2009 – Jan 2016Responsible for the physical security of a Specialist Military Unit, through the management of a dedicated specialist guarding team.

Staff Sergeant Security Platoon Commander, Portsmouth/London - May 2003 - June 2009Responsible for the physical security of a Royal Navy and Royal Air Force Establishment respectively, through the management of a medium sized dedicated specialist guarding team at each respective site.

Military Specialist Guarding Soldier October 2001 - May 2003Security Operator various rank levels Private to Sergeant.

Contract Manager/Recruitment consultant Jan 2001 - September 2001 Management of a recruitment contract for the provision of temporary labour to a large food production unit, on site and encompassing the management a small permanent recruitment team and the training and management of a sizable temporary work force and their expectations. Building and Maintaining working relations with the host company and managing their expectation of the temporary fork force supplied.
