My name is Greg, and I’m a brand strategy consultant specialising in premium spirits.

Most importantly, I’m a lover and appreciator of premium spirits, am on a constant quest for knowledge, work with various trade clients including whiskey brands, gin brands and bars in both London and Edinburgh and am an explorer of tastes and

nuances that means I can connect with both the trade and the consumer.

I am on the IWSC judging panel as well as having been involved in cocktail / mixology

judging over the years
