2016 Youth Winter Camps (Ages 7-10) February 14 (Ages 7-10) Youth Hing Camp Where: Jamestown High School When: Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016 Time: 9 am – 11:30 am Check-In: 8:40 AM on Sunday Cost: $75 Deadline is February 11, 2016 The hing camp will focus on teaching and improving each players hing mechanics and techniques. Each camper will have a complete video analysis of his strengths and weaknesses. This camp is a great way to improve your hing stroke and knowledge in the off-season and to prepare for a successful spring season. February 21 (Ages 7-10) Pitchers & Catchers Camp Where: Jamestown High School When: Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016 Time: 9 am -11:30 am Check –In: 8:40 AM on Sunday Cost: $75 Deadline is February 17, 2016 The pitching poron of the camp will focus on delivery mechanics, proper pitch grips and drills to im- prove arm strength and control. Each pitcher will have a complete video analysis of his pitching me- chanics for instant feedback. Also, areas of arm care, bullpen pracce and warm-up rounes will be covered. Camp Director

John Cole begins his first season as head coach of the Jamestown Eagles. He comes to Jamestown after two head coaching stints, at Rowan University and the University of Pennsylvania. His career coaching mark is

379-219 which includes one divisional title, three conference titles and two trips to the NCAA Divi-sion III World Series. For all his teams’ successes, Cole has been named Philadelphia Big 5 Coach of the Year, twice named Mid-Atlantic Coach-of-the-year and four times named NJAC Coach-of-the-year. Cole had previously coached at CNU, William & Mary, Dartmouth, DeSales and the University of North Carolina. Cole has recruited and signed over 35 professional players including two Major Leaguers. He played professional baseball with the Boise Hawks Class A Northwest League in 1986. Cole earned a master's degree in education from the University of North Carolina in 1988. He is mar-ried to Elizabeth Cole and have three children Cas-sandra (14), Kevin (12) and Andrew (9).

Assistant Director

Dave Lutz begins his first season as assistant varsity coach for Jamestown High School. Dave played for Gloucester High School and Methodist University in

Fayetteville, North Carolina. He helped the Mon-archs win one conference championship and won the Andrew Bell Award for teammate of the year in 2013. He coached the Gloucester Legion Post 75 team for two seasons before becoming a teacher at Hornsby Middle School in 2015. He and his fi-nance Brittany Balderson, will reside in Gloucester.
