    Lightly scented long-lasting white flowers with pink overtones. Cross between McIntosh and Red Delicious. Medium-size apple ripens in September, stores well, excellent for eating, salads and cooking. Very hardy, easy to grow. Partially self-fertile. Full sun, average to moist conditions.

Tree grows 1-2 feet per year, blooms mid-season, ripens late September. Cold-hardy, native to eastern Canada. Prefers well-drained clay loam or clay. Partially self-fertile.

Good nesting tree. Catkins attract birds.
