When deciding how to utilize the Placards and Posterboards included in your order, consider the unique needs of your campus—for example, out of 100 Placards, you may want to use 40 for classroom expectations, 15 for your hallways, 5 for the bathrooms, and so on. Posterboards are ideal for settings like your gym, cafeteria, playground, or other areas where the larger size ensures your expectations will be seen by all.

How long will it take to create my custom Look & Feel design for my team to review?Once we receive your matrix, school colors, and mascot/logo artwork (if applicable), we’ll return a Look & Feel to you for approval within 5–7 business days.

Once I approve the final designs, how long will it take to receive my completed order?Allow 2–3 weeks to accommodate printing, special finishing, and shipping. If your order requires special handling or a quicker turn-around time, contact us immediately at pbis@pilpinc.com or 800-544-0844. We try to say “yes” to every request!

What signs should I order for my school?We’re the leading authority on school-wide messaging strategies, and we’ll happily consult with you over the phone or via email regarding your school’s unique needs! To begin with, if you have 25 classrooms, 10 hallways, 4 restrooms, etc., that’s a great start for deciding on where you might distribute your messaging materials. But don’t forget—if you’re new to PBIS or starting with a smaller budget, we keep your school’s artwork on file and help you continue to add to your messaging inventory year after year.

What if I can’t find the original art files for my mascot or logo, or the files are too low-res for print?Our experienced design team can most likely recreate your mascot or logo for your order, as well as for use in all future orders (additional fees may apply.) You can also choose a new, high-quality lion, tiger, bear—or whatever your mascot may be—from our extensive library at no additional cost!

My PBIS Package includes other items that aren’t on this worksheet. Are those customizable?Yes! This worksheet is intended to help with items that are more straight-forward in terms of sizing and content, but we’ll personally work with you to make sure every item you order is perfect for your school.

Are there ways I can get funding to purchase your PBIS products?Title 1, LCAP, LFAT, Equity & Disproportionality Grants, School Improvement Grants, and PTA/Foundation funds are great sources of revenue, to name a few. Give us a call at 800-544-0844 and ask to speak with Tom about other funding ideas.

What are the acceptable forms of payment? Can I use a PO from my school or district?We accept checks (payable to Partners in Learning, Inc.,) credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), as well as school/district purchase orders. Our W9 is available for download at pbiscustomgraphics.com.
