iSSuanCe and CLoSinG dateS1. published 12 times a year including The Canadian
Horse Health Annual.2. Cancellations must be in writing and are not
accepted after the closing date. Cover positions are non-cancellable.
3. When a change of copy is not received by the advertising deadline, contracted advertiser’s copy run in previous issue will be used.
CommiSSionS, CaSH diSCountS and PaymentS1. invoices are rendered on the publication date of
each issue and are due within 30 days of date of invoice.
2. Contracts, required to secure frequency discounts, are available upon request. Rates for repeated use of advertising space are determined by the number of insertions during a 12-month period, beginning with the first insertion.
teRmS and ConditionS1. advertisements are accepted upon the
representation that the advertisers and/or their agent have the right to publish the contents thereof. in consideration of such publication, advertiser and/or agent agree to indemnify and hold publisher harmless against any expense or loss by reason of claims arising out of publication.

3. The publisher’s liability for any error shall not exceed the cost of space occupied by the error. publisher shall have no liability for errors for which notification is received from advertiser later than 30 days from issue mailing date.
