Henkell & Co. is an international producer and distributor

of sparkling wine, wine and spirits with corporate head-

quarters in Wiesbaden. The Group is the only sparkling

wine producer to have cellars in the world’s most renowned

vinicultural regions. The Group’s portfolio of Sekt, Cham-

pagne, Crémant, Prosecco and Cava is distributed across

100 countries throughout the world.

Fiscal Year 2016Henkell & Co.-Gruppe closed out the financial year

ended with sales revenue of €691.3m. The company

recorded + 3.6 % organic growth, amounting to €24.5m.

Exchange-rate effects and one-off charges had a negative

impact of €22.3m. Domestic sales generated revenue of

€277.2m and international sales €414.1m.

Outlook for 2017

Our success is founded upon our domestic and international

brands. Internationally, the leading products are Henkell

Sekt, Mionetto Prosecco and i heart WINES. Henkell –

Germany’s most-exported sparkling wine brand and market

leader in Canada – is opening up new markets, while

Mionetto is one of the drivers of the global Prosecco trends,

now being represented in over 70 different countries.

We invite sparkling wine lovers everywhere to discover

top-quality Crémants with our new Gratien & Meyer

Crémant, while our i heart WINES brand tempts consumers

to enjoy wine in unconventional ways.

The purpose of the newly formed unit Henkell & Co. Global
