Camping; Bob Glass NRFederation; Dan Saunders Last at Pferrmann’s . There are a lot of rabbits and squirrels to be taken, during bear season there were 45 taken, Elk 600 taken. The Federation Fair will be a 1 day affair, August 7th, Friends of the NRA banquet will be on February 27th.CMP; Jim Patrick New members can see Jim to learn what the benefits are now that you are a member of a member club. CMP has ammo and guns available, check the web site. NRA; Dan Heiert Friends of NRA banquet is on Feb 27th, he has raffle tickets available, and will be at Swap meet with tickets also. Spitfires; Dan Heiert will begin shooting on April 1st, we need youth shooters. They received a grant from the Friends of NRA in the form of shoot gun shells, and have $2,000 donation coming from the Potter Foundation. They are sending $225 to the Friends of NRA banquet in the form of an ad and donation of a raffle item. The Grand Trap shoot youth division will be in Columbus this year, so will be possible for the Spitfires to attend.Unfinished Business;Wild Fry update, A good turn out and plenty of food for all. Dues can be mailed to the P.O Box, $200 plus late fee of $25. Must be paid be-fore the end of the March Meeting.New BusinessHam Shoot is coming up, April 16th, a Saturday. Dan is selling scatter boards. Special Olympics Fishing Derby will be held at our club on May 14th. Plan on coming out an helping. There have been donations of $360 toward stocking the lakes for that day. Gold Metal will help with cotton candy and popcorn machines and product for that day also. They need a letter for their records.Suggested that we move the money to pay off Trap House. This will be proposed at the next meeting. In order to reserve the Club House you MUST appear at the officers meeting at least one month in advance and post a $100 deposit.March 20th is the Easter Egg Hunt. Fred Riess will be out of town, and needs someone to handle that event.Furnace issues , Jason Reinhart suggested repairs of about $1100 for new parts and labor. Motion to approve $1100 in repairs in case of emergency and wait for other estimates.
