Review our catalogue and website and make your gift selection.If you happen to be in Melbourne, we warmly invite you to drop in to our showroom at Unit 2, 31 - 37 Howleys Road, Notting Hill. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am–4pm. Any of our regular customers will tell you it’s well worth visiting the showroom, there are often a few bargains to pick up.

Orders can be placed online via the website or by fax, phone or email. The Father’s Day Catalogue Order Form can be downloaded online. It is also included as the last two pages of this catalogue. Alternatively, you can place your order online via our website. Our website is not an online shop and therefore we do not accept online payment. This is done deliberately to prevent you — the fundraising team — from being out of pocket. Instead we choose to invoice the school or nominated fundraising committee.

Although we purchase vast quantities of gifts, our gifts sell very quickly so to avoid disappointment, please order early.Orders are packed in order of receipt on a ‘first in, first served’ basis, for this reason we do not “HOLD” orders.In the event that a gift is SOLD OUT, MAPS Fundraising will phone or email the nominated contact person to arrange a suitable alternative. Therefore, it is imperative that the fundraising contact details on the Order Form be completed.

MAPS Fundraising pick and pack your gifts from our warehouse and then freight them directly to your school.We do not deliver to private addresses because we can’t guarantee your items will be safe if they are left on the doorstep. By delivering to the school, the delivery is signed for and then we are confident they have been received safely. Gifts are usually dispatched within 10 days of placing your order. Dispatch stops 8 days before nationwide school holiday periods and resumes at the beginning of the following term (nationwide). Because gifts are dispatched from a very large and busy warehouse, they cannot be collected from our office or from our warehouse. This decision is driven by the weight of the parcels and in consideration of your safety. Our freight charges are $10 per order, regardless of size, weight or destination.

Check your Order. If a gift is available in a variety of colours and fragrances, a mixture of colours and fragrances will be supplied. This is done deliberately to help you create a colourful and unique stall and to provide variety for students.

Orders are accompanied by a Pick and Pack slip. All orders are picked and packed with great care and we ask you to please check them carefully upon receipt. MAPS Fundraising will only resolve discrepancies or breakages reported within 7 days of receipt of order. The photographs and descriptions detailed in our catalogue are a true and accurate representation of our gifts and therefore, we do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

Invoicing and Payment.Where possible, a school purchase order number should be included on the order form. If you are unsure of what a purchase order is, please ask your school’s Office Manager. If you require that your invoice be raised to the Parents and Friends Association (or similar) please make note of this on the order form, that way, the invoice will reach you.

Orders are accompanied by an invoice, as well, a copy of the invoice will be emailed directly to the nominated fundraising contact. Payment terms are 7 days. Payment can be made by cheque, by Visa or Mastercard (over the phone) or by direct bank deposit — account details are provided on the invoice. Please liaise with your school office or P & F Treasurer to authorise payment of the invoice.
