The 2016 CTS Ministry Expo will be held at the Calvary Fellowship in Fenton, MO on April 8th & 9th, 2016.

2016 CTS MINISTRY EXPOIt’s that time again! The 2016 CTS Ministry Expo (formerly SCM Bible and Arts Festival) is just around the corner. We hope and pray that you are encouraging your students to take part in the 2016 Expo.

We urge our pastors and youth leaders to encourage their students to get involved. There are many different divisions and categories in which to compete, ranging from Bible Memorization, to music, to developing an app for an iPhone. This is a fantastic opportunity to show our students how their talents/abilities can be used for the building of God’s Kingdom. Whatever their interest is, there’s a category of competition that will allow them to use their talents to glorify God.

Hotel arrangements will be made as soon as possible, and that information will be made available through Facebook (Missouri Free Will Baptist Youth Board) and email. This two-day competition is scheduled to begin around 7:00 pm on Friday night. A rough schedule will be released prior to the event.

There are two ways to register: First, you can go to mofwb.com and you can find a PDF document that you can download and print. Or you can find the registration form located in the back of the Competition Guidelines booklet. Remember, a registration form has to be completed for each entry a student participates in. Please mail your completed entry forms to:

Be sure you have an up-to-date copy of the Competition Guidelines. We want each of you to be prepared for what your category requires. They are available through Randall House. You can call them directly at (800) 877-7030 or online at www.randallhouse.com.
