EVENT SPONSORSHIPS: No Maximum Limit per Sponsor CORC KICKOFF EVENT (5 event and 5 registration sponsors)

Attendance: 40-45 community volunteers, managers and industry professionals. Event Date: March 3rd 2016 Location: The Oxford Hotel (Bend, OR)

Event Sponsorship Includes: Recognition at event as event sponsor, opportunity to address attendees at the event about goods and

services, distribute marketing materials at event, banner stand at event, noted as event sponsor in all marketing advertisements with logo and link, PowerPoint promotional slides (2 rotating slides) in a continuous loop to run at the beginning of program. ($500)

Registration Sponsorship Includes: Recognition at event as registration sponsor, noted as a registration sponsor in all marketing

materials with name on publicity, able to distribute marketing materials at event, PowerPoint promotional slides (2 rotating slide) in a continuous loop to run at the beginning of event. ($275)

CORC ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT Central Oregon - Bend area golf course – September 16, 2016. Eighteen hole shotgun tournament.. All golf sponsorships include recognition on player registration form, program and CAI Oregon website.

NEWSLETTER (see CAI web site for pricing)

Format: Online via email and CAI Oregon website. Distribution: CAI Oregon members and prospective members. Published: February, May, July, and October. Options include:

• Logo linked: company logo on sidebar links to company website. • Name linked: company name on sidebar links to company website. • Directory linked: company name listed alphabetically in newsletter body and links to company website.

WEBSITE (see CAI web site for pricing) Company name listed alphabetically under appropriate category and linked to company website for the full year. With over 3500 page views a month by more than 1000 unique visitors (on average), our website is a great way for your company to get noticed. Banner logo with clickable link appears on many pages of the website and rotates.

If you want to be the SOLE sponsor of an event, call CORC 541-719-8224 or email [email protected]. SPECIAL DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITY – Return your Sponsorship Order Form (with payment) by December 31, 2015 and receive a five percent (5%) discount. Sponsor three (3) or more events (within any calendar year) and receive an additional five (5%) off your total sponsorship package.

Terms and Conditions: 2016 CORC Sponsorship Agreements received by December 31, 2015 with full payment will receive priority consideration. All selections are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, with members before non-members. Benefits of a sponsorship are subject to change without notice. Events may be cancelled without prior notice; if this occurs, sponsorship funds will be transferred to another opportunity or refunded upon request. In the event that some or all desired selections are unavailable on receipt of this agreement, CORC will select alternate sponsorships of equal or greater value (sponsors will be notified in advance if this occurs.)
