Papayas can be served fresh, baked, stewed, sautéed, or grilled. Papayas contain the enzyme papain, which is used as a meat tenderizer. Marinate the meat in papaya juice before cooking. Once hollowed out, papayas can be stuffed with chicken or shrimp salad, cottage cheese, yogurt, ice cream or other fruits. Peel, seed and blend a papaya with milk, yogurt or orange juice for exotic tropical drinks.

Chop House Beef Filet Steak

If your customer wants a superior quality tenderloin on their menu, but is hesitant because of the traditionally high price of this cut, the Chop House Filet solves this problem without compromise!

This beef tenderloin steak is cut from end to end and the chain remains intact. All exterior fat is removed as is the silver skin. Steaks are then cut to meet a minimum diameter of 1.5 inches.

The Center Cut Sirloin steaks are cut from the boneless sirloin top butt heart. They are one of the most versatile cuts of beef.
