What is the SPSA? SPSA Basics
• The Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) is a plan of action to raise the academic performance of all students
• SPSA is required for schools receiving Title I and/or Title III funds
• Must be developed, monitored and evaluated by the School Site Council with input from advisory committees
Overall it is an improvement plan
