Pacing Guide and Syllabus Students will be provided with a pacing guide and syllabus with the semester’s coursework. The teacher will provide face-to-face meeting dates for the semester on the first day of class.
Attendance At least two face-to-face classes will be held each week (set by the teacher). The attendance and tardy policy of the school will be followed.
Meeting Times 3:45 – 5:00 p.m., 2-4 set days per week, arranged by the teacher
Academic Probation Students must actively participate in the online portion of the course. If students have not completed any assignments within a week, they are put on academic probation. Students will have two days to rectify the situation. If a student does not complete any assignments for another week, he or she will be put on academic probation again. The third occurrence of this behavior warrants withdrawal from the class. The student will be placed in a traditional class if this occurs.
Learning Management System Students will be expected to use the management system set by the district to complete and participate in all activities and assignments. Any unexpected technical issues should be brought to the attention of the teacher immediately.

Attendance/Meeting Times Students must attend three face-to-face meetings. The first will be an initial meeting prior to the course beginning. The second will be a midterm meeting to be scheduled at the teacher’s discretion. The third meeting will also be scheduled at the teacher’s discretion toward the end of the course. These dates will be provided by the teacher during the first week of class. These meetings will be held before or after school.
