…are given for necessary or unavoidable reasons.
Student illness, death of family member or close friend, medical or dental appt., family emergency, religious
obligations, pre-approved family trip, inclement weather, & discipline actions.
Parents should call or e-mail the school on the day of your

• Students are allowed 1 day to make-up work for each day absent.

What must I pass this school year?
Students… must pass at least 4 full year subjects each year…2 of which must be from among English/
language arts, math, science and history. Students must also demonstrate, through
assessments, that they are ready for the content of the next grade level.

Cell Phones must be must be turned off completely by the start of
first period and must be stored out of sight at all times !

School Bus Rules
