Thank you for waiting patiently outside the room with your child before the door opens. We will be having our first Family Day on Thursday October 15th and will be creating a family scrapbooking page. Your child will attend school at their reg- ular time on this day and you will arrive an hour early to join them. This is an exciting unit be- cause it allows us to explore the changes that are happening outside. We will be going for fall walks and talking about what these weather changes mean for the insects. Thanksgiving will also be a focus for the month, as we discuss the things that we are thankful for. A few outcomes for this theme include: discov- ery, exploration, socialization, and literacy skills. Friday October 30th the CSCC is hosting a Halloween FUN night. There will be several activities for the family. Please come out with your entire family and join in on the fun!! STAY POSTED FOR MORE DETAILS Thursday October 29th we will be having a Halloween par ty in Pre-K as we are not here on Friday to celebrate with everyone else. You are welcome to send your child to school with their Halloween costume on! No snack will be needed on this day.
For show and share this month your child can bring one toy they enjoy.
